What a hidden gem! We are so happy we stopped by. The extensive, creative and fun menu was amazing! Both beverages I got were delicious. Will definitely be back!

This is a one of a kind, unique bar. It's cozy, welcoming, warm, and a touch fancy without being intimidating. It's a hidden gem. Bring a date, bring your girlfriends. Then bring more people back with you. The drinks are fun and tasty, plus it has a great wine selection. It's a great spot to linger for a while.

Bonus: purse hooks and outlets to charge your phone right under the bar! The owner thought of the little things and really put her own touch into the bar. It's got a good vibe.

This establishment is owned and operated by some wonderful people. They are quick to offer recommendations from their extensive wine, liquor and beer selections.

Almost all of the wine options can be purchased as bottles to go if you need to have a second taste.

The charcuterie board is well-conceived with a delicious assortment of cheeses, meats and accoutrements.

We passed a lovely hour and a half here and can’t wait to come back.

My mom and I ended up going here twice while we were in Dubuque. Delicious and reasonably priced cocktail selection, bottles of wine to purchase, friendly bartenders--bartender Fiona was incredibly personable and even remembered our names when we came back the second time. Awesome cocktail and wine bar!

A perfect stop after a long drive! Great staff, excellent wine selection, and an very comfortable and intimate setting. Sit inside or out, we opted to sit at the bar which was very comfortable!

I love this place, it's clean, cute, small and quaint without feeling stuffy, provides an intimate feel even when full of people. There is live music sometimes and there's also a small area for outdoor seating. The staff is very kind and can make a good drink. There's a blonde woman who works there, so extremely nice and sweet and so accommodating. They don't have it on their list of cocktails but I always try to order my favorite martini wherever I go. It's hard to get a good one around here and there isn't a bar dedicated to martinis lol but this woman makes the best sour apple martini in town, hands down! I always look for her when I'm there or hope she will be there. Always a good choice. Definitely worth a try.

Coolest bar atmosphere ever! Couches and lounger areas as well as bar and table seating make this a wonderful place to be, any evening. My friend and I got to meet and talk with one of the owners, Kim, who is absolutely wonderful. The specialty drinks change every few months and are themed around female icons. One of the bartenders, Max, created the ones featured currently and all I can say is WOW. Brilliant mixology. Live music too! And a super great crowd.

My new favorite bar! The cocktails were all unique, something I’ve never tasted before. To sum it up, the drinks were delicious, the environment was relaxing, the bar is clean, and the decorations are beautiful. Never met a friendlier staff!

Great ambience, wonderful staff, and the best drink ever (according to my very lovely and selective partner) the Coco Chanel. They have live music, local craft beer, house made cocktails and some of the best wine selection on lower Main. BYOF, and they offer a nice charcuterie. They also offer outdoor seating!

Absolutely love this place! Max and Fiona…the bartenders are simply fabulous. If you haven’t been to the Wicked Dame, you need to go…you won’t regret it!

I had both the Georgia O'keefe and the Ruth Bader Ginsburg specialty cocktails. The O'keefe is a sweeter gin martini, which was delicious. However, for my tastes the less sweet RBG was earthy and complex. The beet and rhubarb were perfect for a summer cocktail. The service was prompt and pleasant. I would love to return when they are offering live music.

Consistently serving up excellence from the minute you walk in the door. Kim, Tim and the gang know what they are doing and take care of you. Great addition to downtown Dubuque already loaded with fine places to enjoy.

We love this place. Great wine selection but also a full bar. Cozy and comfortable where you can actually have a conversation in a cool, comfortable environment.

Great different selection of beers. Cool piano karaoke on Tuesdays. Very nice staff. Very cute place. Lots to love.
