Every time I have had to call Tim Dieters office, I have been met with compassion and patience from his team. With as crazy as life is it’s nice to talk to a team that has it together and understands that life happens and offers a plethora of guidance and kind words to keep things going. Even though I moved 2 hours away I have no plans on switching anything because I know I’m taken care of here! Great work!!

Dieter and associates is always looking for the best options for their clients. They not only find your best rates but every year they re evaluate your insurance policy or make sure it still fits your needs or anyway they can adjust them to better your rates! Personable always! Specifically Stacy has helped me and my family this renew year and got us the BEsT rate and she kept us informed frequently always! Allstate is very lucky to have a agent like her!

I bought a new car and my old auto insurance agency wanted to much so I started working with Michelle Kerr at Allstate. Not only was she very prompt to answering her phone calls and calling back. But she also made sure we had my old insurance cancelled even though the first time we called someone picked up but never even said hi and she was able to save me 100$ upfront with an amazing app that will also allow me to save every six months. my experience was beyond amazing I definitely would recommend Allstate for auto insurance with the experience I had today.

Tara helped the transition over to Allstate to be pretty seamless. She was very patient and transparent with all of my questions and was never pushy. She helped me come up with solutions for my specific needs. I would recommend her or her team to provide you with any answers your looking for or coverages you may need.

In speaking with Kathryn, she was very polite, personable, pleasant to speak with on all levels. and answered my renewal policy question’s satisfactory. The Allstate staff always makes you feel like family. I highly recommend Allstate for all your insurance needs. 🤝🙂

I have been with Allstate and long. I’ve been here in Iowa. They’ve been the best company to me. I’ve had a lot of companies try to give me those quick schemes. We can give you lower insurance but like I tell them, they can’t give me the best customer service that I get with Allstate with the butter plans and they’ve always gave me the best deals and took care of me like I was family I pretty much feel like family. They are so cool and I would never leave them no matter what like I tell people it’s not always about the price it’s about the quality as well because you can get cheaper insurance, but can you getbetter customer service and better care when you do need them you guys rock

When I was first out of college looking for my own car and renters insurance, I reached out to multiple agencies for quotes and mini interviews not knowing much about insurance. Tiffany was far and away the most personable and helpful person I worked with. She educated me on the different coverage types and answered all my questions to make sure I fully understood my options, even running me through different scenarios that were applicable to me. I never have felt rushed when talking to her or asking for advice when something related to my insurance comes up.

Tiffany was very knowledgeable about insurance and took the time to explain things that I asked her questions about, and super friendly. Initial coverage was a bit to pricey for me so she tweaked it so the price will be manageable.
