Sonic Drive-In

Went through the drive up, Chad was a chad—A+ service, he was great. Food was good, I got the caramel sundae and it was top tier.

Very friendly service. Food was done correctly and seemed fresh. Everything in our outset was accurate and they had plenty of parking.

So I'm editing my old review, Sonic is great now. I stopped in for 2 burritos and a coffee and the man took my order quickly and got me my food fast and hot. I really can't complain. He was professional, friendly, and the food was great. I guess they just needed some time to get things up to speed. It's a great place now.

Burgers were well done like we wanted, but they didn't have much flavor. My dad didn't care for the taste of the tater tots. Service and price was excellent though. Cheaper than when we go to Burger King in Monroe, Wisconsin though.

I have only been to the Dubuque location twice and was going to hold off on doing a review until we went a few more times but the friendly enthusiastic service my daughter and I received yesterday when we went for a late lunch around 2pm prompted me to give praise. The first time I went we did not eat... We pulled into a stall pressed the button to order waited about 30 minutes ( it was SUPER busy ) then a young guy came out to ask us if we had been taken care of mentioning some sort of system glitch ..Then we were put back in queue. It was confusing and we left after sitting there for over 40 minutes while not being able to order. Yesterday my daughter and I went because she has never been to a Sonic & has been wanting to try it out. We were greeted by Katie who was extremely enthusiastic and genuinely friendly. We were able to order promptly even though they were really busy. When our food was delivered to the car we were thanked for stopping and asked if there was anything else we would like in a welcoming tone. Very friendly and professional service. It was a totally redeeming experience! Our food was great too.

Today Bridgette waited on us in the drive up. We are passing through on our honeymoon! I inquired about the Transformer spoons! She is AWESOME!!

It was good food and not too expensive and came out hot and fast

Delicious as always. Always get what I order and service is always great. Only downside is there isn't one in CR.
