I’m a repeat customer and have been going to floor show for furniture, flooring, kitchen remodeling, etc for over 15 years. They always provide best in class service from concept to purchase to delivery and installation. Just recently had water damage in my basement and Jeff was able to price and get someone to my home to install new replacement pad and carpet that fit my needs and budget within 18 hours of my first call to him for help. Highly recommend.

My mother is 83 and she broke her leg in 3 places, a week before she was set to go home she got told to get a walk-in shower, I called here on a Saturday and somebody came over to quote the shower the next day which of course was a Sunday. I was told they were out 2 weeks and I said time is of the essence and they had somebody there tearing the old shower out the next day. We experienced nothing but top quality work and people, we ended up with a show piece. The tile work is amazing! Thank you for expediting the job and building a beautiful shower!!

Home+floorshow was timely and very efficient installing carpeting in loft bedroom, hall and stairs. Arrived on time and was very neat.

Floor show did a great job. Our salesman Jeff recommended a few choices keeping it in our price range. he came out to the house measured. They checked the stock for our choice and got things rolling. Installers came and did a fantastic job. They trimmed it out perfectly. 3 days to do our house. Clean and pefect.

Our salesperson, Lisa, really thinks outside the box. She was thorough in detail, listened to what we were looking for, and really went the extra mile to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Based on pictures of our living room, she picked out the best color for us, and it is perfect. We will continue to use Lisa for all our home needs.
The delivery men were exceptional. One of them was here for an earlier delivery, and was as pleasant as usual. The men set everything up, taught us how to use the electronic remotes, and all with a pleasant demeanor. These are by far the best delivery people I have ever worked with. I hope they are compensated well.

The people at Floor Show are very generous with their time. Having them handle all the coordination needed between the flooring brothers, the plumbers, the cabinet installer, the countertop laser gentlemen and the young man who installed the back splash and shower was extremely helpful. Everything went like clockwork and we are so happy with the results. We even bought living room furniture from a very nice young lady at Floor Show. We having been enjoying the finished rooms ever since! Thanks Sara and everyone else involved!

However, I am truly impressed with the exceptional service I received from my consultant, Ellie Arensdorf. She created a terrific design and was extremely helpful from start to finish. We have had a wonderful experience working with FloorShow to finish our basement bar. Can’t say enough about how helpful Sara and Ellie were. Gave us plenty of options, great communication, and very professional. Everything was done on schedule and they did a great job regarding scheduling and communicating with the contractors. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. It was great to see their excitement about our new space as well. Tom, Sara, and Jennifer were excellent in taking our ideas and molding them into a better space we greatly enjoy. The Quality of the products they sell is exceptional!

Tom Gregory was great to work with in selecting carpet and tile. He is very knowledgeable about both. Tina has been great is assisting with the furniture. I also want to add that Judy stepped in when Tina was busy to help us with furniture selection. Brian White was the installer they sent to install the carpet. He was quick, efficient and did a great job! Couldn't be more pleased!

My wife and I stopped in just to look and sales person,Lisa Flores, was so
very helpful without trying to hard sell us. Soft spoken but new her products and helped us make a decision. We ended up buying sofa, love seat, and chair with ottoman. Now just waiting on delivery . Hope that goes just as smooth.

Our experience with the Floor Show was very positive from start to finish. We were pleased with our Sales Representative, Tom Lattner, who spent adequate time with us so that we had a good variety of options in flooring and carpet that we could choose from. The Installers, the Bechen brother's, who came to install our carpet and wood flooring arrived when they said they would, got right to work, and finished in a very timely manner. We were especially please on the quality of their work and how they cleaned up when finished. We will definitely recommend The Floor Show to friends and family for any of their flooring needs

I have worked personally with this team on several occasions for my own home. Beautiful furniture and so many finish options for any home project. More than anything, they have generously given back to the community — most recently donating materials (flooring and countertops) to help renovate a room at a local school. Great local company who cares about their customers and the community.

I am beyond thrilled with the sofa I purchased from floor show. It's everything I wanted, and I cannot possibly say enough good things about my salesperson, Judy Kruser. She was so very professional and helpful and went out of her way to make certain that everything was as it should be. If that wasn't good enough, the delivery team that brought my sofa to me was exceptional. It's difficult to get into my home with the arrangement of the doors and they made it seem like a piece of cake. They were gentlemen that I was pleased to have in my home, very personable. I am very happy with everything from the quality of the sofa specifically right down to every detail that the floor show team took care of for me. I would go back to them in a heartbeat!

Tom Gregory from Floor Show quickly came to my home to evaluate a problem with the grout installation that was done about 2 years ago on my Duraceramic floor. He listened to my concerns & agreed the grout needed to be repaired. The repair was done the following week at no cost to me. I am very pleased with the work that was done. Customer Service was excellent.

We had floorshow completely tear out our extra small outdated bathroom and are very pleased with the result. Ellie Scherr designed a new layout, added 13 inches in depth, and created a linen closet we never had before. She is very professional, easy to work with, and knowledgable. The contractor, the plumber, and tiler Ellie involved were also easy to work with, made helpful suggestions, and cleaned up completely every day when they were done for the day. They took care to protect our carpet and furnishings. This is the second time we had floorshow remodel a bathroom and wouldn't hesitate to involve their help on future projects.
