Hampton Inn & Suites Burlington

I had a fantastic stay at this Iowa hotel during my out-of-state work trip. The large, contemporary rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff was friendly. The hotel's unique combination of a casino, spa, and fun park added an interesting touch to the experience. Ample working space for business needs, complimentary breakfast, and market pantry options were great conveniences. The spacious and clean rooms, along with complimentary waters at check-in and check-out, were thoughtful touches. Highly recommend!

In town for a softball tournament. The staff was amazing. They were very helpful at check-in , made good recommendations to restaurants/bars in the area, and staff at the breakfast was very kind, friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. Has a nice pool area and workout room and a nice out door area.

The rooms were great quality. They looked at the small details to make you feel your room was clean. The pool was great for my kids, they had a separate pool attached to the casino for people over 21 so that was great for not letting kids “bother” other people. The staff were truly kind and helped with smiles! The breakfast staff was so kind, they let us in with a smile even though we arrived 10 minutes late. I give the location a 4 just based on the area of Burlington in general looked a little rundown, but if you are there you are there for whatever reason. The specific hotel location was just fine with a new nice parking lot… I suspect this hotel is nicer than other locations in the area because it is connected to a casino.

Amazing staff, clean rooms, beautiful hotel, wonderful service, great hot breakfast with multiple different options, attached to the casino, fast friendly service.
Definitely will stay here again

We had a phenomenal visit @ Hampton Inn - Burlington & really appreciated Phoebe @ the front desk! She was absolutely fantastic! She was professional & kind & it was a privilege to interact w/someone that loves their job & what they do!
We also appreciated meeting Miss Nita, as she was cleaning & getting things all polished up for the guests. She was just a sweetheart & both her & Phoebe made our visit very enjoyable! We'll be back! Thank you!!!

Absolutely amazing hotel. As a diamond member of Hilton, I can say this is one of the best hotels in the chain. In 3 years of asking, I have never received my foam pillows, Madi had them ready for me. Brittany the night desk manager and Tiana that works breakfast time went out of their way for every customer and did everything with a smile. Absolutely amazing staff.

Super clean, nice shower design, all around, great example of a good hotel, staff and customer experience that the other Hilton hotel managers should visit and copy.

Great location, friendly staff, and very clean.
Walkable distance to go grab some lunch or dinner and ice cream.
Close to the water park, arcade, bowling alley, go karts and more.

Our family took a quick and close vacation to this property. Our room was spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast had do many good and healthy choices. All the staff were helpful and friendly. We appreciated that the hotel was connected to Fun City and all the activities. We will return to this hotel and highly recommend it to others.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn was probably one of the better stays by far. The location was convenient for the wedding we were attending. The cleanliness of the hotel made us feel safe. Our room was restocked each day. The pool water was clean and warm. The breakfast had a wide variety of items to choose from and the staf was very welcoming. I would definitely stay here again if in the area and would recommend it to others!

I’ve never been to a hotel were everybody from the management team to housekeepers were all very friendly. I encourage everyone that is able take a trip to Burlington to please choose the Hampton Inn hotel you definitely will NOT be disappointed, the customer service is fire 😊😁🤗

We had a great experience with our stay! The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious and had many options each morning. The service was exceptional as well. Special shout out to Allie at the front desk and Val with food service. Their kindness and welcoming personalities added to the experience. So convenient to be connected to the Pzazz but definitely a better place to stay. Would definitely stay again!

The address is a little hard to find with Google Maps, but it is a fantastic hotel. It is attached to the casino, and provides a great location. The room was perfect. There are more power outlets, and USB ports for charging electronics than I've ever seen in a hotel room before. The staff was very helpful, both in taking care of hotel needs, as well as giving directions to places in the area. The pool was great, with soft towels. The water was a little cold, but it provided an enjoyable swim after a long drive. It is a saltwater pool, rather than chlorine, which helped us not have irritated eyes. The free hot breakfast was typical of Hampton Inns, with very good, attentive service.

Great place for family outings and many games for kids to play on, kids won't get bored, they have something for all age groups.
I love getting hotels attached to the casino, because it makes everything so much more convenient. There are restaurants in walking distance as well. I come here every year, the only thing I wish they still had is the restaurant with the buffet as an option 😩, but with covid happening that changed ALOT of things.

I have stayed. The staff was professional and warm-hearted and ready to help. The room was clean and checked every day to make sure everything we needed was in place. The breakfast was good and each day was different.

Stayed here for two nights. Well kept property with a very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast area was clean and stocked during my visit and didn't get too crowded. The Hampton Inn is connected to the casino which was a nice surprise for something to do in the evening. Rec room was also well kept. Definitely recommend if you are visiting the Burlington area. We needed 3 rooms for that night that we stopped because Catfish Bend Spa told us when we went to check in that no children were allowed. Adam at the front desk found us 3 rooms on the spot! He was extremely helpful.

Nice place. Clean and location looks good for the area. Casino right next door if you’re in to that. Staff is extremely friendly. The breakfast was good and plenty of space. I’ll stay again when back in town.

Great room. Updated amenities and a decent price. Contactless check-in/out made staying here very easy. I'd recommend using the app to manage all of your stays with Hilton family hotels.
