Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Burlington

I stay here many times. The front desk is always very friendly…..and their chocolate chip cookies 🍪 may just be the best thing to experience as the first interaction in the hotel. I am not saying I may have eaten 20 of them…🤤

Stayed over Christmas. Everyone was really nice. Place was cleanish. Breakfast was alright. Good location. Not too shabby.

In a convenient area surrounded by various restaurants and has decent rates. Room was clean and surprisingly large and had a pull out couch. Pool and fitness room were a big plus. Breakfast was also pretty good and had a bunch to pick from.

Excellent guest service, even though a mistake was made with our reservation, the issue was quickly fixed. The room we stayed in was beautiful! My kids (ages 2 & 4) really enjoyed the stay, pool and of course pop tarts in the morning. I would highly recommend staying here

They have a great workout room for a smaller hotel. The breakfast is complete and the best I have had in 3 years and we travel a lot. The lady that runs the breakfast is thoughtful and helpful. Hot waffles, eggs, bacon and sausage. Multiple kiinds of cereal. Multiple kinds of oatmeal. Toast, English muffins bagels juices milk, fresh fruit. Muffins. It is complete and well done. Great friendly service and staff. Stay here.

Been staying here on and off while i have been moving to the area for work. Everyone that I have encountered here have been really nice and helpful. Not once have I felt unwelcome by any member of staff. They even helped set aside some space for my U-haul.

All, I mean, all employees are awesome. If you forget something "like a cooler," they will track you to find a way to give it back. They are great!

I had my daughter's birthday party here. I was more than happy with my stay. Monique checked us in and she was such a sweet and nice lady. The beds, breakfast and rooms were incredible. Nancy in the evening was very sweet as well. I would recommend this motel to everyone!

EXCELLENT breakfast service and quiet stay. The pool was well maintained. Managers Kari and Janelle impressed our 7 person group with their outstanding customer service 👏

Very very inviting! I passed on the breakfast but the room was very nice. The only thing I had a problem with was the lack of water pressure in the shower but it was very warm. The bed was incredible.

We so enjoyed our stay in Burlington at the Fairfield. Every employee I encountered was pleasant and friendly. (Shout out to John at the front desk, who had us laughing at check-in- what a great first impression!) The rooms were immaculate (heard this from other family members as well- a large group in town for a wedding). Same for the pool and fitness area. The buffet had a great variety for breakfast and the coffee was great. Downtown Burlington was extremely charming and I hope to make it back. When I do, I'll be staying at the Fairfield.

I've stayed at the Fairfield a few times on trips to Burlington in the past and it has vastly been improved. I remember dated rooms even a few years ago, but they have definitely refurbished the property at least somewhat recently. I didn't need much interaction with the staff, but was upgrade a Platinum member to an "Executive King" whatever that may mean. The property looks nice and given that Burlington is a relatively small town it doesn't take long to get wherever you need to go whether the Casino across the street or to somewhere downtown. This hotel will continue to get my business!

The manager went out of their way to provide the best service. They even got me a frozen breakfast sandwich because like all other Fairfield hotels, bagged breakfasts were all that was available and those were filled with sugar-laden items.

We've stayed here many times on the way to Nauvoo, IL (only 35 minutes away). The staff is always friendly, and the place looks great after the remodeling. Really convenient access off of US 61 - super easy to find. Lots of restaurants within a quick drive. If you're headed to Nauvoo, this is the best choice in the area to stay and have access to full services, restaurants, etc. Very reasonably priced. Comfy beds, too!

It was great. Only complaint was the bathroom didn't have a bath tub and I am traveling with small children. I was able to give them a shower but it wasn't as convenient or easy as a bathtub.

We were there for a friend's birthday party. We went swimming in the pool and were able to use the lobby breakfast area for pizza and cake. The staff was very friendly and everything was very clean and nice

Parking lot needs some work but it didn't affect my stay.
