Was hard to think about having to get hearing aids! But Wendy and Mandy helped me to realize the need I had. Testing was so easy. Mandy was so knowledgeable, helping me to find the correct fit.
Wendy always greets us with a smile and great conversation! She really cares about us. She can even help with small repairs, eliminating our wait time. Having them clean our aids is also a nice service. Thank you

I'm at a point where I've noticed that my hearing is not what it used to be. I don't have any worries about where I'll go for expert care. My mother is now 91 and I've had the pleasure of driving her to her appointments with Miracle Ear in Dubuque for several years. The first person we see at arrival is Wendy at the front desk who always has a smile and is very helpful in getting mom ready for her appointments and answering her questions.
The staff has always been very caring, knowledgeable, and thorough when helping mom. Everyone here has become a part of out family. We thank you for everything you've done for us!

My mother and I have been customers for about 4 years and have always enjoyed the kind and efficient service Wendy and Mandy provide. My mother has significant hearing loss but has been doing very well with the hearing aids that were fitted for her. I've been a client of Miracle-Ear in Dubuque for the past 4 years! Each and every time I've had an appointment everyone there has been professional, friendly an curtious! From the moment I walk in the door and being greeted by Wendy, throughout my appointment with the audiologist and upon my leaving, I'm always made to feel good about making the choice of having my hearing tested here at Miracle-Ear! I highly recommend their services if you suspect yours or a loved ones hearing is an issue!

Every time I go to Miracle Ear or call them, they are very helpful
and listen to any concerns I may have. They take care of them and don't try to sell me anything I don't need. I would go to Miracle Ear before any ear Doctor because I personally know of several people that have aids prescribed from a doctor that always have problems with the aids.
