He showed me things that I would never have looked for when purchasing a home and was patient in the process and made sure my wife was comfortable in the process as well. Not a fan of the navigation on the page. But I do enjoy being able to browse without being bombarded with a request for my contact info.

I worked with Liz and she didn't seem to care about helping us in the purchase of our home. I feel like she screwed us over and more or less helped the buyers not us. She also said she had something for us and we never received it nor does she answer my texts anymore.

Thanks for passing the message on but nothing yet has been done. Im not saying ruhl and ruhl is bad just don't work with Liz. Wish our house buying experience was better. But love the house.

Beware, first-time home buyers. I've purchased several homes before, but this was undoubtedly the worst experience I've been a part of; you'd be better off using FSBO than going through them. Ruhl & Ruhl is only interested in taking your money and cares zero about customer satisfaction.

Do not work with Aaron Healey, he is a horrible realtor, rude, unhelpful and unprofessional.
