I had my old furnace crap out on me over one of the coldest weekends of the winter and Bears Home Solutions came in and helped me out as soon as they could. They sent me a great on call guy named Scott who was great. Then they sent me Blaine and Brock to take out my old unit and get me a, much needed, new unit. These guys were extremely personable and just really good dudes. Thankfully I was able to get them on such short notice, as having two little boys sleeping in a cold house is no fun for anyone. Thanks again gentlemen, me and my family appreciates you all.

The service guys were on time, friendly, and very good at explaining what was going on. Best of all, they cleaned up after themselves. Blaine and his worker bees, Alex, Dave and Preston took very good care of us. They replaced the system that they put in 18 years ago. They have serviced the furnace and fireplaces over the the years also. We highly recommend them. Better than that, we trust them.

Christopher Kowalski from Bears Home solution came out for a routine HVAC heating tune up. While at my home I showed him an air purification system that was installed back in 2021 purchase by another company. I told him the system work 3 months before it began to have issues. I reached out to the company it was bought from but they could not find the part that I needed. Christopher said we have new systems that do the same purification. I told Christopher I was interested and please send me a quote. The following morning I received 4 quotes and a page that explained the up keep cost of each system. The quotes included removal of old system. This made my decision on what air purification would work best for me. I decided on the IAQ 3000 which has an FM2 Germicidal UVC system/UVV oxidizing lamp and an Polarized filter. Christopher arrived the next day to install the system. Explained how each component worked/what requires servicing after 2 years and how to adjust oxidizing lamp levels. Christopher gave me insight into what capabilities my 9 year old HVAC system had to operate the new purification equipment. I am very happy Christopher was my HVAC specialist on this project and I will continue to use him going forward.

Blaine and Brock provided the highest level of service today. Professional, courteous, and respectful. Able to adapt on the fly to provide the best possible product. Always Responded with a “can do” attitude. Very neat work space, very clean fireplace installation! They are a great team to work with!

Ryan was fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Kept me informed of his schedule and when he would arrive and worked with us we had a couple of Dr appointments that he worked around. Thanks for having top notch staff.

Wonderful experience with our furnace people!! Helpful in our weekend crisis with our furnace going out!! Brought space heaters and followed up with getting a new furnace to our home. Very efficient people …excellent teamwork.!! Couldn’t be more pleased with the company!!

Scott was AWESOME! Here and gone quickly. Fixed the issue, tuned up the furnace, ordered a part and some filters and was on his way. He also took the time to answer my questions and educated me on my thermostat!

Scott was amazing in his professionalism. His timing in showing up was great. His knowledge and explanation of what was going on was very good. Would definitely recommend them for any of your heating or cooling needs.

My experience as always was excellent. Blaine was efficient and he was always looking out to make my experience perfect. He even brought my trash bin up...and we had 1/2 inch of ice to deal with!

Had a problem with my furnace, not an emergency, it was blowing warm but not hot air. I called Bears and they were able to come the next day first thing! Alex was on time diagnosed the issue and had a part in his van to fix my furnace. He explained everything thoroughly, and had my furnace up and running quickly. Very friendly, did a great job! Alex is The Best service tech!! He explains all aspects of our furnace maintenance, age and what to expect in the future. He is prompt and efficient. Alex is the only service tech we want for our HVAC needs.

Had to have some valves installed on our refrigerator water line so it could be shut off to install flooring and to make it easier in the future. Braden came early and did and outstanding job. He is extremely knowledgeable and very precise. Have used Bears for 20+ years and they have provided excellent service.

This is an excellent company, great customer service! I had a basement drain clog issue, was able to get an appointment to get it fixed in a timely manner. Tanner, tech, fixed my problem on the first visit and provided key information how the problem occurred. I'd recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services.

Nicholas Ness from Bears did a great job inspecting, draining and flushing our water heater. Once completed he then inspected all faucets and gave good advises on their cleaning and maintenance. No nonsense.

Had our furnace quit working. Bears came out right away and quickly diagnosed what was wrong. Technician’s were great and very knowledgeable. Work was completed and everything clean and tidy just as it was before work began. Made a not-so-enjoyable experience into a pleasant one in the end. Thank you Bears!
