DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant

Was traveling and needed something to hold me over. Drive through was quick and the staff friendly. Nothing beats a Malt and Cheese Curds to satisfy a grumbling stomach 😆 🤣.

I ordered thru the drive in and didn't receive a meal I ordered and the lady who took my order seem to be rushing me and was very rude. Also she said they was out of burgers and could only do chicken which isn't a big deal.

This Dairy Queen is on my way home so it’s one of my most frequented fast food spots. With most fast food, I don’t have super high expectations for the overall experience, but tonight I had such a great service experience it moved me to leave a positive review. I’m not sure what has changed but the service was fantastic. The person in drive up seemed to be having a great time, was extremely polite, and made suggestions to help me find the best value for my meal. The meal itself came out and looked like it was actually packaged with care. Thanks for the great service, I’m actually looking forward to returning!

Not very often you get a 5 star experience with fast food. I just have to say how truly impressed and happy with the experience we had yesterday at the 16th location! Our kids got shots, so we took them for ice cream. The staff was friendly, fast, super attentive, very kind and so helpful! We will be back and i highly recommend a trip to their dining experience!!!!!

Younger kid took our order. Nice kid and got the order and changes we made correct! Food came out quickly.

I don't know how they did it, but there was a love of cars 8 long, including us. We had our food within 10 minutes. It's possible they were mostly ice cream orders but our whole order was correct!! Good job!

Robin in drive-thru was very pleasant. She should be considered a valued employee. Her joy is contagious.

A good clean store with fast service in a fairly new building shows. I've been here a number of times and I've always been met with good service and good quality. The drive-thru and outdoor seating areas are an extra nice touch and not something you see every DQ.

Good people & workers but we can work harder I know because I do everyday & if I / Marie takes your order i will make sure you get it but if we're busy it will take longer to get your food & if you go outside without telling your cashiers that will be a hold up as well. I / We Understand Your Situation we definitely Been there before & we will keep trying to do Our Best & Yes we get busy & A little confused just bare with us 😘 Its fan food not fast food meaning everything is dropped fresh

Everyone was extremely friendly an the manager was above an beyond will definitely tell people to stop decor for Christmas was nice an whole store very clean.

Great service and even letting me in with 2 minutes until close because they saw me pull in with the semi. They let me come in the lobby, upgraded me to a free combo for being a driver, and weren't upset one bit about staying a few extra minutes. Great team on shift tonight🤘

Best service ever hear the smile in the voice at the drive-thru and it was confirmed at the window. Great ice cream just like any other Dairy Queen the service with a smile is nice.

The cashiers were very friendly with us and had our order out very quickly!

I'm a truck driver and was looking for lunch. These guys allowed me inside to order and we're so very polite. Yay DQ!! And the food was great!

Stopped in again on a visit to dubuque. Had great service again. The manager was amazing and so was the staff. Will continue to stop in when I'm in town with such great service

Never got a messed up order from drive thru. Thats a big deal to me cause I have no time to return anything.
