Excellent meal through online ordering and self pickup. Steaming hot food. Great coupons online.

Don't go to Arby's often, but was craving some after a long day.

Service was great, person at the register was pleasant and friendly. Food was prepared quick and the restaurant was very clean (and also mostly empty). As a whole, Arby's is less tempting now that the 4 for $5 deal is gone (this should tell you how long its been since I've been). It was ~$20 for 4 sandwiches and a curly fry.

Always had good food here. The staff could be a little more friendly than they are, but it is about the same as staff elsewhere.

We visit Arby's frequently. We like their menu items, and while my wife likes the roast beef sandwiches, I prefer to try different other menu items that appeal to my changing tastes.

Typically drive through here out of convenience and definitely not service but this visit was very different. The gal working in the drive thru was so pleasant, quick, and thorough. Nice change from their typical employees who evidently think the cool thing is to not say anything and just hand out your food. Awesome breath of fresh air this visit!

Babe at the counter was an Arbecutie. Those fries be curlin!

The employees are always so friendly with my son. I love that i can hear them singing and enjoying their day while preparing our order. We stop after every weekly therapy appointment and the employees just make the day a bit brighter!

Food is very good, but employees not friendly. Workers find it difficult to even say hello back.

I go down about once to twice a month and the food always comes out hot and well made.

Went down about 20 minutes ago got a couple sandwiches and then asked what I should get jalapeno poppers or mozzarella sticks and the gentleman said he really likes the jalapeno poppers so I went with it. WOW, they were Awesome!

This place is always on point their Gyros and Sandwiches are made to a standard.

If I had to critique: once in awhile they put a bit too much sauce on the chicken sandwiches and they are messy and not appetizing.

But seriously 95/100 for a FF Joint.

It's just as good as the other Arby's. You have to love those curly fries. Am I right? It's on the costly side of a fast food franchise but I think it's worth it. Besides for the amazing curly fries the reuben sandwich is also a must. I always put in a larger order and there is never a long wait time.

Delicious though obviously unhealthy food as all fast usually are. Great place to go for a treat or a quick meal. Love trying their sandwiches and their Jamocha shakes! 🤤😋, Always gotta get one of them!

This location is a model of excellence! Super fast service from order to order fulfillment. The cashier knows my name and many others. The employees here are all top notch! The restaurant is always clean. Oh yeah and the food is hot and a good too.

Always love Arby's. Turkey Reubens for me and my husband had the turkey and Swiss. Both were fantastic. Also, eating half of the sandwich several hours later, and cold, was the perfect snack!

The food is great and the service was good even late at night! Great spot to stop for a quick bite when driving through Dubuque!

So I went in and got two reg roast beefs for myself. Went home found that I was missing one. Called and asked and they told me to come down and grab another to replace the one missing. Did so a little later. The employees were great. Manager even offered a free shake or cookie. I was good but he did offer a free drink and I was thirsty so I accepted. They were polite, professional and all around great. Thank you to the March 4th 2019 8pm evening crew

I've never eaten at the Arby's downtown but did try the one on JFK. The food was great. The meat was piled high, just like the pictures in their ad. It was tender and juicy. I loved it.
