I only get their tacos or their taco salad and there's this girl that runs the window every time I go through and I always to provide cuz she does great work with asking if there's anything else I need and she gets to know me she said would you like some other salsa and she's really concerned and she's very pleasant I wish I had her name I'm going to go down there tonight and get her name

Ordered a big order in the drive thru and everything was correct and very good 👍

Went here because the Locust St location was "closed for an hour due to being short staffed" - while 2 employees in uniform clowned around outside. The Hillcrest location was perfect. Excellent service and quality! Far better choice and will be going here from now on.

I had a large online order and when I got to the drive-through to pick it up I needed to adjust it. The young lady working was was very friendly and no one was rude about me changing my order at the last minute last minute. With as large as my order was it was ready in a very timely manner.. The dining room is not currently open so I had no choice but to use the drive-through. I appreciate it the friendly smiling staff and the food was great exactly what you expect from Taco Bell.

Outstanding customer service !! Usually the staff there is really friendly however tonight we had an exceptional and noteworthy item. My girlfriend placed an order and got to the window .. They asked her name and checked the bag so she really didn’t and came home missing a quesadilla. She called in and the GM Mandi actually offered to deliver it to our home since she was on her way out so essentially took her own personal time to see we got the quesadilla and threw in a few gratuitous cinnamon twists as well. Kudos to Mandi on this one!

Taco Bell is a great place to hang out with your friends and grab some cheap and tasty food. this is demonstrated through the massive group of Dubuque's local teens who fill the building multiple nights a week. While they are a rag tag bunch, they are also very interesting to listen to and very friendly. The service at Taco Bell is always very friendly. The guys behind the counter seem like people you would genuinely want to be friends with.

I have never gotten a bad meal yet from thier. The service is always good and they are friendly at the window, plus they make sure you have everything you need in your bag and always ask if I need anything else before they say "have a good night"

Usually when I go to most fast food places the customer service is trash. The employees sound really blah and sound like they really don't care and it shows. Tonight I went to through the Taco Bell drive thru on JFK and this employee there named Adrian just blew me away. She was so kind and nice and actually seemed like she cared about the customers. I just want to say thank you. It's such a big relief to have good customer service for once.

I've always enjoyed eating at this taco bell, late night craving from their dollar menu are always wonderful. I've always enjoyed great customer service at this location. The GM here was fantastic with helping me resolve a problem not at her store, but at the Locust St. location. It was saddening that the downtown has had a repeat history of failings in regards to their customer service, and that she has had to clean up after them so to speak. Kudos to the GM up here for all that she does.

I have to say Mandy at the TB on Hillcreast Rd in Dubuque, IA went above and beyond tonight. I went through the drive through and they were busy. I had a pretty large order and they forgot my quesadilla. I called and she answered, when I told her what happened she offered to drop it off and she did! People don’t do stuff like that anymore. I couldn’t believe it!

This city could not function without this Taco Bell & any person reviewing that gives less than 5 stars should be ashamed

Quality of taco bell food has steadily gone down hill. U can tell there is no pride in items they make. Dubuque however is one of the few left that are still ok. It's a shame the company is letting go of quality.

Always friendly, order is always correct. That's my experience at this Taco Bell. Your time is not more important than anyone else's, so have patience if it happens to be busy.

We went to the downtown Taco Bell for dinner and they left out the cinnamon twist from our order. That was the one thing my son wanted more than anything at Taco Bell. Since we live on the west end, we went to the Hillcrest and JFK taco bell to get the cinnamon twists that we didn't receive at the downtown Taco Bell. I briefly explained what had happened, and the kind people at the Taco Bell on Hillcrest and JFK gave us the cinnamon twists for free even though they aren't actually affiliated with the one downtown. I didn't know that before, but I know that now and I will only go to this Taco Bell from now on!

I had an amazing experience at this locale. The boy, Mason I believe his name was, is extremely polite and helpful in choosing what to eat and the back line had the food out in less than 5 minutes. Great service and delicious quesadillas

Such great customer service at the drive thru, my food was packaged nicely in the box and it i got through the drive through line in less than 10 minutes. When looking for lunch in hurry, it's a great option

Great customer service the guy at the window was really friendly every time I've gone there they forget my fork but I always remind him to get me another one and there's never been a problem

This taco bell is the best. always when i go in i get to see my favorite taco bell worker and he always makes sure my food outstanding and the staff there is super sweet and i wouldn’t wanna go anywhere else after work but there.

Went thru the drive thru and employees were amazing. Very personal and helpful.
