December 31st we stopped by on our way home from the park and ordered ahead, we customized all but one of sandwich’s (for the kids)and they were all CORRECT = no complaints from the background😋👍

Amazing best costumer’s service ever. So friendly and about every 10 minutes an employee walks by every table with a smile and basket with condiments asking if you need anything else.
It’s an older facility but best food and old fashioned service you’ll ever find at McDonald’s

Fast service, and very friendly staff.

They've improved a lot over the past couple months.

By far the best fast-food in downtown Dubuque. Staff is always friendly and the food is always fresh and comes out fast.

I love love love their sugar free French vanilla iced coffee ☕

Decent menu selection (surprised that they had bagels at the Dubuque location but didn't have bagel sandwiches). Easy to customize order thru the app. Egg McMuffin sandwich is probably our favorite.

So all the Special Olympians and I were having deluxe breakfast with hot cakes.

Was happy that they let me give my qr code at the window I paid at instead of getting upset like other locations if I didn't give it when I ordered. Food was ready quick and service qas surprisingly quick also.

Had to get my rib fix and I can't believe they will no longer sell them. One of McDonald's best sandwich in my opinion. It was hot n the fries were hot n fresh also. Way to go

between holiday, jfk, and this location, this one has to be the busiest. They also have the fastest service/shortest waits in my experience. It helps that the people working are friendly as well. only complaint is that when someone uses the 2nd screen i get so startled because im used to pulling up to thw main one 😂 Their efficiency knocked me clear out of la la land! (More of a criticism on my part, really)
If something could be improved: the structure of the drive thru. There’s multiple spots like this in town with the dreaded ‘you’re stuck here now’ design and I just don’t get it. If there was a way to eliminate that in the event you needed to exit the line, would be grand. ☺

Service was great at the drive-thru. We were on our way home and swung thru for a frappe' and water. The person in front of us took longer so they made a fresh frappe' for my mom so her treat wasn't melted. Very nice!

Food is always hot. Get the app for great savings.
Downside: they now charge for condiments, at least the dipping sauces, to the tune of .20 each packet.

I usually only get french fries and they're always awesome!

Hey, I've been here awhile and these are some of the hardest working people I have ever met. Hours are spent just so customers have a great experience. Something not right? We'll fix it. Something good? Let us know!

Food and service were both good, and on a par with what I've come to expect from McDonald's over the years.

Lovely, sunny dining room; clean and inviting! Satisfying. Delicious and well stacked Daily Double.

My order was missing one item. The staff was very fast to fix and apologize for the mistake. Sometimes Iowa street McDonald's gets a bad rap. But they try hard to keep up to the high volume of customers. And sometimes mistakes happen. Thank you for your hard work!
