We had an issue with our gas pressure valve that could’ve caused MAJOR issues, including a new furnace, had it not been promptly taken care of. They squeezed us in and troubleshot it quickly. The price was reasonable. We really felt taken care of by them. Hunter did a great job!

Excellent service at an affordable price. I called Mason with a broken AC unit and he was there the next day and installed a new unit lickety split. Quality work and service in a more than timely manner. Hometown Heating and Cooling has more than earned earned my business.

We had an emergency issue with our old furnace that required it to be replaced. Mason did an awesome job at getting the new furnace ordered and installed very quickly so we could have heat back in our house. Working well into the late afternoon to finish it up, he then took an hour to make sure we understood the ins and outs of our new unit. I would highly recommend Mason to anyone!

Mason is AWESOME! My air stop working about 5pm at night. He was here within a half hour of reaching out to him! We needed a new part that needed order but... he was able to get the air working until he was able to get that part the next day! Definitely recommend him and give him more then 5 stars! Prices was very affordable then others!

Mason stood by his word when working on my old AC unit. There were some unexpected issues that come up after his initial assessment and he came back two more times to make sure everything was in working order. There was no unnecessary up sale and I was given an option when deciding to make repairs. This interaction was pleasant as well as reasonably priced.

Mason came in and installed our new hvac and did a fantastic job. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. The system works great and our family is super happy with the service he provided. They installed a furnace and Air conditioning unit for us. I appreciate that they took the time to go over different equipment and pricing options. They were friendly and professional, and did a great job of cleaning up when the job was finished. I felt the price was fair, and they were flexible on payment methods. I also appreciated that they took time to answer any questions that I had about billing and installation.

We had a water heater go out a couple of weeks ago in a rental house, and Mason took care of it. Then our furnace stopped working. Of course I didn’t realize it until after hours; but he came over, diagnosed the problem and now we have heat again! Great company with prompt and polite service! Would recommend ten times over!

Installed a new HVAC system. My set up was a little unusual but that made no difference . Did an outstanding job and showed great pride in the work. I would recommend them to any one for anything related to HVAC repairs or installs.
