Good Life RV Webster City

I bought a new camper trailer at a different dealership, one in Indiana, and started my drive home to the west coast. After driving several hundred miles I found the solar charging system on my brand new trailer wasn't working. I found Good Life RV in Webster City, IA and pulled in there for help. I asked for a quick inspection to see if the problem was something simple. The guys in the service department went out of their way to do a thorough inspection and troubleshoot the issue. They spent hours trying to help me as a "walk-in" case, even though it was obvious they had a ton of other rigs in the service bays needing work. They were friendly, professional, patient, and kind.
The shop where the work was performed was a model of what a quality shop should look like. The supply store was very attractive, had a great selection of products, and everyone in there was delightfully friendly.
In a world of disappointing service experiences, Good Life RV is a real class act. It's the kind of place you want to do business with. It's the place I wish I had bought my trailer from and, even though it's 2,000 miles away from where I live, I'll strongly consider buying my next RV from them.

Everyone was so Friendly and knowledgeable . You’re greeted with a smile as soon as you open the front door. Out sales person Ken Jepsen was very up front no big sales pressure . He listened to what we wanted and took Great care of us. Joe in the office was ver knowledgeable. Nate who sold us all those fun extras is just the best. And Chris showed us everything about our new camper. He is excellent at his job. He definitely knows the ins and outs . Great experience.

Ed was extremely helpful sending us a walk around video of the unit inside and out. He was also able to help us contact the previous owners to ask questions. Great place to find your perfect RV!!!! We have been looking for a new camper for almost a year, Nick Bradley was so patient and helpful in finding us the perfect one! He worked hard watching all the used and new campers coming in, listening to our wishes, wants and needs! We came in mid morning on a Saturday and went through a ton of campers, narrowed it down and went through them again. He was so patient and helpful!!!!! Then we came to pick it up! Jay walked us through the entire camper making sure we knew how to run all the new fun gadgets, how to set it up, winterize, hook it up and made sure we did not have any questions before we walked out. Introduced us to the service department for any future needs. Then we spent time with Kyle going over anything additional we might need to make our camping experience the best it could be! Then there's Joe and Nathan......they found us the best deal for financing and got us a great payment we can be comfortable with. Good Life cares about it's customers! We left feeling confident with all the new features, knowing we can call with any questions! Thank you Good Life! Nick even came in on his day off to take care of us and make sure we were taken care of as well! Best around!!!

This place is terrific. I started with Ryan the salesman in Des Moines calling to see what I was looking for. 2 months later he called and had a unit he thought I might like but it was in Webster City. I asked if I could take a look at it and he set it up with Steve. That night I drove an hour to that store, met with Steve and walked through the camper. This camper wasn't quite ready to be for sale yet, but we talked about it anyway. Steve introduced me to Nick the Sales Manager and we sat and talked for at least 45 minutes after they closed. Long story short, I agreed to by the camper a few days later and , they needed a few weeks to finalize and prep for delivery to me. Our date was October 1st. They kept me updated weekly with the status of how repairs were going. Day of delivery Kreig walked me through every option and made sure I was comfortable with it. Nate and Jeremy in service were great. Kyle made sure sure I had every accessory i wanted. Tony made paperwork a breeze. This whole company goes the extra mile to make their customers happy. I have already recommend friends to look this dealership up. I will definitely deal with this team again and they are 4 hours from my home! The service after the sale is phenomenal!

Great experience with my new purchase! Downsized from my former trailer and went 5th wheel instead of bumper hitch. Less is more sometimes! Only issue was TV was damaged and discovered when I got it home. Goodlife has been working to get it replaced and I appreciate their hard work. I guess I'm a little disappointed that it was not working and the length of the process to get it replaced via warranty...(still waiting) kind of took a little excitement out of the experience.
I do appreciate the entire group involved with my purchase and I know they're working hard to get this issue rectified.

Ken was so great to work with! He started the process for us at Good Life on a great footing and it was carried through the entire staff! Nick in financing was awesome. Our service tech was very capable and accommodating. We had attempted to purchase from other dealerships, but just never had the confidence in the staff elsewhere that we did at Good Life RV. Mark and I were both pretty wary when we walked in, and we left with big smiles and our new dream machine!

We purchased our Grand Design Reflection 337RLS from Steve L at the Webster City location. Steve was one of the best salespeople we have ever dealt with. He found us the perfect camper and was always in contact with me when he was searching for this model. Good Life RV's Webster City's facility is as clean as any RV dealership we have ever been in. Everyone from the front desk to the service department was knowledgeable and polite. If we ever need to buy another camper this would be the first place we would look. Well worth the drive from Omaha!!

This is our 2nd purchase from Good Life and would recommend it to anyone. Craig from the service department did an excellent job on our RV service/repair. We stopped into this location during a road trip from Alaska to North Carolina. We lost a slide-out seal on our trailer. Craig enthusiastically offered to help and had us fixed up in less than 30 minutes. We are extremely thankful for the service he provided as it got us right back on the road. Thank you!

We have been working with GoodLife Webster City for 4 years and are pleased to tell you we are very happy with their service. Our salesman, Nick Smith, was very helpful in our purchase and ever since we have been extremely satisfied with all of our dealings with service advisor, Alex Brennan. I managed the service department at Charles Gabus Ford in Des Moines for 10 years and am familiar with all the trials and tribulations that follow the service industry. Alex has always been very attentive to our needs, follows through and insures we have a pleasant experience every time. We bring our fifth wheel in for its annual endless warranty maintenance and really have had no other issues to report. We feel fortunate we established our business relationship with GoodLife 4 years ago and highly recommend to others.
