I brought my car in after taking it to my regular mechanic repeatedly about a noise issue. After not getting help I called Danielson and you guys were so helpful! I felt helpless when I arrived. And come to find out I had things missing on my car and had no idea! Now I don't have to cancel my plans of seeing my mother for the first time in almost 3 years. Thank you so much for helping me and getting it fixed so fast. Best customer service around!

Had a horrible oil leak over 4th of July weekend and dropped my car off the following Tuesday, they worked my huge repair into their schedule as soon as they could and got it fixed up and me back on the road, they were super nice throughout the whole process and my car is running great. Will definitely take my car here again in the future!

Had a suspension spring break. Got my car in quick. They had my part ordered, arrived and installed in less than a week. They even came in under their estimate. Good experience. Recommend.

I made an appointment with Danielson Auto to have my battery checked on a 2009 Prius. Was advised it would be a week until I receive service. When they called the day of, I stated the issue again and asked if they were familiar with that year of Prius. (Battery located in the back & car completely dead) They said yes & that someone would be out quickly to check the car. I stated that I would be home. After 15 minutes I received a call back saying that they could not help me. No service person rang my doorbell to obtain the key. There was no attempt to jump start the car. No reason why & they recommended I contact a Toyota dealership. After contacting a Toyota dealership, they walked me through jump starting the car myself. Disappointed in the service. I would rather use a local mechanic. In fairness I was short on the first phone call & apologized for such. I've used this repair shop within the past couple years & at that time they were very helpful.

These folks are the absolute best in the business. They care, they're efficient, knowledgeable and reasonable. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.
