A&W Restaurant

A good, clean restaurant for a meal or a quick treat. The root beer floats are as good as anticipated from an A&W, and the blueberry soft serve ice cream is a refreshing flavor.

There are several sandwiches available, including a pork tenderloin. The seating area is spacious, and there are several TVs. There are also tables with umbrellas for sitting outdoors when the weather is nice.

I remember going to the old location by the fairgrounds when I was a kid, and I'm glad there's still an A&W in town when I visit.

One of the best A&W's myself and my wife have ever been to. The food is always fresh and made to order. Also don't forget to try their black raspberry ice cream it's amazing and their root beer 😋

Tuesdays are coney dog day!! A combo is only $2.70 for fries and a drink, really can't beat that! It was raining so we dined in, and the staff was incredibly friendly and fun. The food was delicious!

Oh the minute we pulled up the parking situation is great the inside seating is so nice and roomy even wheelchair people can get around with ease and they had eight or nine TVs up on the wall plus all their other stuff good lighting and it was a gloomy day when we were there and rainy but I've never seen an A&W like this they even had a glass case displaying their old mugs and new mugs and all that stuff of course the bear that's awesome but yeah my overall experience there and it was for my friend's birthday because he hadn't had plans or nobody did for his birthday so he loves the place and I said let's go I drove 2 hours to get to him and we drove another 55 minutes to get to that A&W and it was outstanding and a great day

All is good here. It's on the way as we travel to see family. They have awesome black raspberry ice cream. Makes a good twist cone with vanilla. As of 12/22, cones are $0.99! We stop for meals also, always good. Definitely worth the stop.

Nice variety of items to choose from with decent prices. I ordered a large root beer float and they rang it up as a medium so that I could get the combo, friendly staff. Food was delicious and cooked to order and also not a long wait in line will definitely be back for more.

Staff was great! Accommodated to our large group at such a trying time. 6 children and 2 adults. All food exactly how we ordered it. Refills came in a different cup. Great staff and a very good dinner! We are from Fort Dodge and we were visiting from a fishing tournament. Thank you everyone! We appreciate you!

Good food, quick service

The service here was wonderful! Food was cooked to order-hot & fresh! I love their cheeseballs & onion rings! Of course you have to have the root beer. Ask for a frosty mug! They have crushed ice instead of cubes-I love that! We were even offered to go cups when we left so I enjoyed a root beer all the way home. My son & I both won free loaded onion ring gift certificates on the Jefferson radio station & I want to thank them for sponsoring that!

I loved the fish dinner. Coney dog is popular. Yoy can buy cold root beer by rhe half gallon.
