Hy-Vee Grocery Store

I do think for a small town that the Jefferson HyVee is a very nice store compared to many other HyVee's I've been in.

I'm visiting from out of state so I didn't know what to expect. I was happy to see all of the brands I know and love and the cashier was so warm and friendly.

I only had to get somebody over three times to do the self checkout which was very discouraging. And sometimes you just need to stop and read before you go and get them. Without him I wouldn't have looked like a fool. But they're always helpful good pricing

Plenty of sales on baking goods. The shelves had plenty of sales items.

Employees were polite and helpful. When asked where something was they walked me to the spot in the isle where the product was, which is always extremely nice. Glad Hy-Vee still does this!!! The store was clean and well stocked which makes my grocery shopping so much nicer and low stress! The young lady at the check out was polite and fast. My experience was fantastic! Thank you Jefferson Hy-Vee!!

Always love walking into Hy-Vee and receiving the courtesy from the employees with a smile every time. Clean store, always willing to help you find what your looking for. Just amazing community of people! Polite and I would recommend this store over other locations

Clean and typically well stocked. They seem to be reorganizing a lot of areas so some items can be tricky to find (or are possibly being discontinued, but I have not asked yet.) The staff is always friendly and polite no matter what time of day I shop there, which makes the experience so much better than other places.

Traveling, left my inhaler at home, had to go to Hy-Vee pharmacy to call my home pharmacy to get an emergency refill. When you're having trouble breathing even fast & helpful service isn't fast enough.
So grateful for Courtney going above & beyond to help me.

What can I say about this store? It Freaking Rocks! The staff is always helpful and nice! I would love to see a full service meat counter back there instead of the pre packed meat tho!

A buisness where everyone can come and feel comfortable being in. Every aile is really organized and easy to find most of your products. One aile has all things cleaning related, paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenexs, and office supplies, so all the aisles are bunched in categories. If you ever need help finding where a product is, the employees will always show you where everything is, if you ever wonder if a product is in or not based on what was sought out for online, the managers will be able to assist you on it for they know what products come in and which ones don't. Over all a well informative employee base and where they treat like family as well.

Hy-Vee is a decently clean store. Does not have as much as walmart but has a friendlier environment overall.

While traveling through on ragbrai we made the mistake of packing our money on the trucks before we went to store. We had no money for water and food, Beth, the cashier REFUSED to let us leave without supplies, she took money out of her own pocket to pay for our items. Lori, the manager went ABOVE customer service offering her washer and dryer along with sleeping at her house (we didn't take her up on offer) Its GREAT to see humanity still strong in Iowa. BIG THANKS !!!

They are doing a great job

The staff are so friendly and helpful. My daughter loves going shopping because they have a fruit basket at the door. She happily munches a banana while I shop!

Modern store with up to date selections as well as great domestic and foreign offerings, ie wines...cheese's. ..meat's. ..fresh bakery goods and more.

Even has a very cozy and quaint "Market Grille Restaurant "

The best Hy-Vee I've been too. I'm continually impressed with the low carb selections and specialty foods such as grass fed ghee. Great little alcoholic beverage section. Iowa chops here are the best in the area!

Friendly staff and clean store, the manager needs help in helping customers and not acting like it's a big deal to help people. Food took an hour to get today 😩.

I work here. It's a great place to shop. Prices are low. Employees are nice and overall, it's a great place for the people here in town to stop and shop for what they need.
