Sloan Plumbing, Heating, AC & Septic Service

I've called on Sloan Plumbing and Heating multiple times over the past few years and a couple of times within this past week. They are quick to make a house call, diagnose the problem and fix it which I greatly appreciate. Pricing is good and they did great work.

It's was a ruff weekend my hot water heater blew its top couldn't find any plumber except for Sloan plumbing he was open ,he's answered the phone promptly, and showed up the same day he even got me all fixed up with a very reasonable price.
With a family of six he made our day

Recently, Our sewer line was clogging up. Old tree roots were the cause. We called Sloan plumbing in Jefferson, Iowa for help. They came the next day and using a jet water pressure hose the pipe was cleared. We will definitely use and recommend Sloan for plumbing purposes. They also do heating services. Called about my furnace not heating, it’s an older unit, they showed up same day diagnosed the issue, ordered the part. Came next day and had everything fixed by noon! Couldn’t ask for a better outcome! Other local repair businesses wouldn’t even give me the time of day! Thank you so much for helping our family!

Chad helped me fix all the air conditioners in my house and he was more than fair on the price. He came to fix them on my time which was very convenient for me. When I told him what I wanted done he did it without trying to get me to buy other things or change my mind. Sloan Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning recently removed my ancient heat pump and furnace and replaced them with an air conditioner and newer, more efficient furnace. Mr. Sloan and his crew arrived on time and were very courteous, knowledgeable, industrious, and honest. They politely answered all of my questions and got the job done efficiently. Their work ethic gained my trust. I would highly recommend their services.

Great service!, We had our furnace break on Thanksgiving day and they came that evening to install new furnace. Hottest day of summer so far and our AC quit, came right away and fixed our issue. Always polite!

Chad recently installed a new basement shower for us. His work and workers explained well, held to the estimate, was timely and cleaned up after themselves.

Flooded basement lost water heater, furnace and many many other items. Chad called Chad right away. Chad was down that same evening and within two days had everything replaced Chad and his crew are absolutely absolutely amazing. I would recommend them to anybody.

I called Chad about an outside water mainline leak and he came out same day to check it out and make a plan for repair. He scheduled it quickly, notified utilities for marking their lines and coordinated with owners of backhoe for digging. Everything was done same day which included laying in new line from the city line to the house. I appreciate Chad's quick response to get the job done. The crew did a good job of smoothing the yard and clean up. For many years Sloan Plumbing, heating and cooling is who I've called when I've had plumbing leaks and when my furnace went out. Called Chad when the AC broke on a 99-degree day. Luckily, he was able to swing by to take a look, jury-rig a fix to get us cooling again, and quoted us a great price on a new unit, which had to be ordered to fit our furnace, and he then professionally installed later. The next day, a toilet broke. Called Chad again, he was able to fit us in the next day to do a replacement. He's prompt and clean and professional in his installation. In both instances, the only way we know he was here is things work much better now! I'd highly recommend Chad and would definitely use him again!

Sloan Plumbing has helped me out twice in the last 3 weeks. They opened up a drain, installed a new stool, and most recently put in a new water heater for me.
