Once again McAtee comes to the rescue for a flat tire. I called right when they opened and in less than 30 minutes my vehicle was off of the roadway and safe and sound at their shop. Fixed within the hour. I had the same experience with them about 3 years ago and it's why I keep coming back.

Mike and his crew are always fast, friendly, and professional. They have maintained our vehicles since we moved to Jefferson 10 years ago.

No heat in my car on the coldest days for many years. Went in Dec 23, immediately got in, reset HVAC sensor and had heat. They ALWAYS go above and beyond. BEST customer service. Stacy M

Went because my tires showed improper PSI on the gauge and kept getting a beeping noise. The tech reset my sensors, said he thought maybe that it wasn't done when I had my tires rotated last. Because after I put air in my back tires it made it read that my front tires had to much air and back tires were the same even though those were the tires I put air in. The employees that helped me were GREAT!! They listened to what I was saying and hooked up my car to check my computer and reset it and didn't charge me anything!!!! Thank you so much for your the great customer service I received!!!

It's nice to have a shop in town that can get your tires fast and at a good price. Hard to find in rural communities. Very nice staff, will go to them first every time.

Brought my husbands truck up to have a part fixed they was really nice got him in short notice and fixed it right up didn’t take long at all. Clean, and they have a little drawing station and books for children while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced. ❤

I can’t believe I haven’t done a review on these guys yet! I’ve been to this place twice so far since moving to Jefferson.

1) I came to the shop because the tire on my driver side rear kept leaking air slowly. I explained to them that I’ve had this fixed repeated by the place that installed the tires. When one of the mechanics checked it out, they noticed the last time someone tried to repair it, they just filled the hole with a bunch of gunk. This was proven to be ineffective so the mechanic removed the gunk, sautered it off, and filled the hole with a plug and patched it up afterwards. I haven’t had any problems since that repair. They even gave me a discount for my troubles! Talk about good service!

2) I left my car overnight at work and had them tow my car to their site because it wouldn’t start for me. Nick said it started up when they arrived to look at my car. He tried a few times more in the morning before I came to get it. Knowing my luck, it didn’t work even with Nick in hindsight. I tried his suggestion of putting my foot on the gas pedal when I start but it just wouldn’t turn over. So they put a new starter in my car. They got it done sooner than I anticipated. They exceeded all of my expectations! They even gave me a ride to and from my place so that I wouldn’t have to walk a far distance again.

I truly recommend these guys! They are genuine, knowledgeable, and decently priced!

Couldnt find anyone in the 50 mile radious from my location to bring me tires for my rig! When I called Mcatee they sent Jesse to my location in less than 30 minutes and within the next hour I was back on the road! Mechanics are well trained. Company really treat customers with respect and communicate well. Very fair with charges. Never feel like trying to take advantage. Straight shoot target issues and given options for decisions.

The place is busy so prepare to set up an appointment. The owner and employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and will assist you with anything they can to the best of their knowledge and if there is something they are unsure of, they will find out the answer ASAP. Prices are comparable, and I have been and always will go here for the service on my vehicles.

Great service. Had a blown tire on a semi trailer. They were able to get me in quickly and had me back on the road in under an hour.

If you want to save a few bucks--and I do mean JUST a few--then go to a discount tire shop that may or may not have a knowledgeable guy mounting your tires and telling you what you should buy--possibly earning a commission to up-sell you. Or, if you value excellent customer service from a home-town tire dealer that's been in business for decades, and which has your best interest and safety a first priority, then Wahl McAtee in Jefferson is your choice. My latest purchase found Everett and Angie, via several emails, guiding me on just the right tires I needed for my Rubicon. My previous purchase, Mike, the owner, sold me some truck tires and then proceeded to head from the showroom right out to the shop to, himself, change out my tires. I'll be back.

Great place,friendly staff. Several oil changes, tires for truck and camper. Allwork was done very promptly and professionally. Would recommend them to everyone.

Very nice people. Air hoses at gas stations weren't working and they filled my tires with no charge even though I would've paid. It's the little things!
