Another hidden gem, our time started with a super waitress Amy who informed us of the days specials and a list of her recommendations. The breakfasts buffet was ending but it all looked delicious. My wife and I had skillets and they were a true 10. One of the Sunday specials was a stir fry and they said they too were outstanding. The hamburger and the baked chicken were also very good. The portions were good for a hungry appetite. The owners were friendly and really would do anything to make experience a reason to comeback.

They just did a renovation in this restaurant. The waitresses here are always friendly and very knowledgeable about the food and give excellent service. When you eat here you get more than your money's worth. The food is always excellent. This restaurant is owner operated. The owners Oz and Tonya are very personable and really care about their customers. I love eating here . They treat you like family.❤

Great place to eat, friendly staff and owners. Good sized portions at a very reasonable price. They always have multiple daily specials. Easy access off highway 61 if your just passing through. We've been stopping here for a meal for 15 years.

I have literally never had a better farmers omelette in my life. The pancakes were so delicious… And my husband said his skillet was definitely top five things that he’s ever eaten. I actually went there a few nights prior to this visit and had a Reuben, hands-down the best one in history. The owners are super delightful, the cook comes out and asked every table how old the meal was… And the waitresses are super friendly. Highly recommend!!

Sunday buffet is top of the line. Very impressed with keeping things hot and fresh. My wife and I were very happy to eat here. Will definitely go back.

My bf and I stopped there after hiking, and it was AMAZING. We got a skillet and the texas burger. it was so much food, and it came out in record time. the service was also very sweet and helpful and didn’t bother us while we were shoving the food in our faces! very cute, small town atmosphere as well. will definitely be stopping there next time we visit the caves! We also got two massive meals for only $23!

Prices great. Food great. Staff great! Huge plate of ribs that came with potatoes, shrimp, salad and dessert for 10.45! Turkey club was biggest I've ever seen and came with soup and not much extra to add cottage cheese! All for under 25 bucks (with 2 drinks)!

COME HUNGRY! Seriously big portions and very reasonable prices! Very clean restaurant. A person who I assume is the owner/cook l, walks around saying hello to customers and asking how their food is. Check it out if near Maquoketa.

We love this place. These folks know how to treat folks. They put lots on the plate. Always make sure your glass is full. And the owners come around and greet people. And that's nice.

The portions are huge! So flavorful! The chef came out and greeted every table. Staff is kind and friendly! If you're out this way and want delicious home cooked type food, stop in here!!!

Great food. Great food. Great price. Super friendly owners and staff. Highly recommended. If I had to say anything negative about this place, it would be that I frequently have difficulty finishing their portions. I Frequently take my leftovers home as they amount to an entire second meal. You WILL NOT be disappointed.

Im on the road traveling for business, and stopped here for breakfast. Supremely impressed. The restaurant was very clean, the service was excellent and the food was fantastic!!! Also, they said rhat they have all you can eat tacos for dinner tonight. I will be back!

The staff is very friendly. The homemade tenderloin is large enough for both of us and quite tasty.
