Comfort Inn Bismarck

Very convenient location. Good price. Would be a fantastic place to bring kids as there are multiple water slides. Breakfast food was good. Some aspects of the room are dated (peeling wallpaper in bath) but the room was quite clean and large and the staff was very friendly.

Just returned from a family road trip staying at 7 different hotels. This was our best experience, a great value for the price! The room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was hot, fresh, and served in a clean area. We had to drag the kids away from the pool at 9pm because they loved the slides so much. Thanks for capping off our family vacation so well!

I can't say enough about this hotel. We were on a 10 day road trip from TX to ND and we stayed in a Comfort Inn every night. This hotel was, by far, the best of any of the hotels we stayed at. The atmosphere was very nice, and when we checked in we were informed that we were there on member reception day. We weren't able to attend that, but it's an example of the extras provided here. Breakfast was great - lots of extra food choices we didn't see at other hotels. I would go out of my way yo stay at this location again. Thank you for a great experience.

As someone who stays in a hotel every night for business travel, please ignore the negative reviews for this facility. This location is clean and meets the standards for a Comfort Inn We booked a king room. It has a very comfortable bed, several large pillows, a nice couch to relax on, a work table for use at the bedside or coach in addition to the work desk. Bathroom was spotless. Staff was friendly. They have a large parking lot in the back of the building that can accommodate vehicles with trailers as well as electrical outlets for diesel truck heaters to plug in they have a lounge next door and provided a complimentary drink coupon. We almost didn’t stay here because of the recent reviews, glad we decided to give this location a try! A we will be back again!

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The waterslides alone were worth the rental especially on a cold day such as the one we had.

Great place for small gatherings with friends and kids! Is basically the "premier" indoor pool location in Bismarck/Mandan! Lots of fun for the kids with the 2x Pools with Slides and small kiddie splash pad, makes for a good time, be careful of the slippery tile though!! Rooms were well kept and decent amenities onsite! Many food eateries within walking distance!

Our family (me, wife, 1 teen, 5 children) had a splendid stay. According to some of our kids, this was the best hotel ever :) The rooms were clean and cheery. The breakfast featured many attractive food options. The beds were very comfortable. I'm not sure why this is labeled as a 2-star hotel, when it should be either a 3-star or 4-star. It's not a luxury hotel - sure, but 2-star is a far-to-low rating. Perhaps the best feature of this hotel is the pool. It actually offers 3 pools. One small hot-water pool, one wading pool with a fun overhead sprinkler, and another larger pool with a large, multi-level water slide. Our kids had a blast here and we all slept well!

Decent price. Knowledgable staff. Parking lot seemed small for pickups. Breakfast was awesome. First automatic pancake machine, I've ever used. Great food. Loved the complimentary drink tickets. Room was very clean. Pool was very busy at the time, didn't use it. But the kids there were having a blast and enjoying the pool very much.

I'm impressed. It's been impressively updated since my last stay here.
And despite being nearly full with high-school basketball teams, I didn't hear any noise from other rooms.

For those traveling with kids, there’s no better place to stay. One night in the water park is enough entertainment for the week. It’s the perfect rendezvous or overnight stop while driving cross-country on I-90. Pets will love the place, too.

Our stay was very pleasant, the lovely lady that checked us in was very friendly and accommodating. Kids had a great time swimming, adults had a great time in the pool area watching the kids swim. GREAT visit!

Great staff, they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable because we were in an emergency situation. Did extra things for us because of our circumstances. Food was good for breakfast and loved the pool, hot tub and waterslides.

Their overall service was incredible. That treated us very well and did their best to accommodate to our needs. Their continental breakfast was good enough and the rooms came with a refrigerator, microwave and free wifi. Standard amenities were included as well. Overall, it's not the fanciest thing you've ever seen, but the staff were amazing and it came with everything you would want out of a hotel.

Can't say enough good. Clean, easy to locate, everything was up and running. Whirlpool and water slides. If your traveling to Bismarck you need to stay here especially if you have kids. Places to eat are all near by.

Great pool- two waterslides, three pools, all warm! Bathroom and tv near the pool for parents. Free laundry, free breakfast, two free drinks at a great rate. Clean, modern room, and Jordan at the front desk was amazingly welcoming and helpful. We stayed over an extra day just because it was so great!

It's a great place,friendly staff, fun pool area, good hot breakfast a variety too. Always helpful and kind. Stuff maybe a little outdated but it's all about the comfort of hotel and its cleanliness and friendliness. Thank you

Good stay. We were able to get our room early. It was updated and had two indoor pools and a jacuzzi/hot tub. Breakfast was good. Lots of items to choose from.

Pool is awesome has multiple pool sections but not very deep. Also has two waterslides one of which is so big that part of it is outside the building room was clean ,no issues found. Overall great stay, would recommend.

Didn't end up getting a room, regularly frequent the lounge, which is excellent. Staff is super friendly.
