Nautilus Plus OC

This is my favorite gym in all of portland, and I've been to many... All but three 24hr fitness locations, 4 la fit's, 2 crunch's, 3 snap's, 2 eastside athletic's, clackamas & mt. hood com. college's gym, loprenzis, BR fitness, several cross fit gym's, both nautilus locations, and a few private gym's. Out of all these this is the best imo. It's small but they have a wide selections of free weights, several squat racks, a pool, hot tub, sauna, stream room, tanning beds, they have hot coffee, chilled drinks and protein shakes, TV's in the cardio area and music in the lifting area, hand sanitizer in several locations, they have a wide variety of bars and attachments for the many cable machines and everything is kept in top condition, I've never seen a machine down for more than a day. The members here are all pretty cool and very diverse, there are many elderly folks and many high school kids, and many in between. Body type vary from the man who is bariatric and wheelchair bound but still wheeling himself in the gym between machines to the high school girl who is so skinny people must think she has an eating disorder but here she is trying to put on muscle hitting the weights with her high school buddy's everyone is pretty much nice and it feels very judgment free. My wife is currently in transition MTF and she is a member as well and loves it we have never had any problems. I highly recommend Nautilus Plus OC

Incredible service and community. Not only is this a great gym that's always treated me and my buddies well, but its response to the virus is top notch. Just as much protection as you need. Plenty of space. Clean equipment. Helpful staff. I'm always comfortable working out here.

I bought my house in Oregon City back in 2007. Prior to living here, I belonged to 24 Hr. Fitness which I loved so I really wasn’t sure I’d like Nautilus Plus BUT I was pleasantly surprised that not only were ALL of the staff wonderful and very friendly but if you ever needed help with using any equipment, they were always willing to assist with any questions you had. I moved away for a few years but I’m back and I am looking forward to joining back with them. You can’t beat the price for what they offer , especially the pool activities they offer. Oh, and as a Military Veteran, they honor Veterans and that’s a real Plus In my books. It can’t hurt to try them out for a month and see what you think. 👩🏻‍🦰-Angie E. 7/18/21

My gym yes it is like home. Great staff great classes something for everyone. All ages, all types from zumba lovers to weight lifters to swimming aerobics. Okay so you don't have to take a class just work out on the machines or just grab a corner and do your own thing. Staff are always there to help and they give great tours. Cost is reasonable. Come on grab your gym bag and let's go!

Love the gym! Friendly people, never too crowded and I can always find the equipment I need. I’ve been coming here since January and will continue coming for as long as I’m living in the area!

Excellent gym with great people.

I had good vibe at this gym! Friendly employees at the check in counter ! People that work out are also respectful and nice! This Is my go to gym after covid-19 because its was one of the gym that open fist!! They also have really good equipment very old school style weights but gets the job done..

I LOVE this place! Gyms are so crazy overpriced these days and this place has everything. Reasonable price per month and plenty of equipment. And the staff! They always say hello when you get there and goodbye when you leave. Thanks guys for making this place a great place for a workout.

I have been using this gym for about 3 years now and I just love it. It has everything I desire in a gym, at an affordable rate. I literally live two doors down from a gym but I choose to drive 10mins. to go here instead. Super friendly staff, clean environment and many friendly faces.

If this is the first time you join a gym this is a great place to start. It is not perfect, nothing ever is. The staff are very nice and helpful. There are people of all kinds the atmosphere is good. So far all the equipment I have tried to use has worked. There has also always been parking.

This gym is hands down the best, I spend a lot of time at the gym and this place has a pool , tanning bed and a bunch of workout equipment and weights as well as a steam room and clean restrooms with a lot of showers. Staff here are great specifically the guy that’s usually at the front desk he is always helpful and polite to all the guest.

This gym has alot to offer any type of gym person looking for wieght lose to muscle growth.great gym for the price. Great staff and friendly environment. I drive out of my way to keep coming to this gym. I wish they had more locations so more people could see how great this place is.

This gym is family! I am only in town visiting and went here on recommendation and I can see why! Not only is the facility clean and fantastic, but there is a good group of power lifters here who I wish I could be a part of. If I ever move out here this is where I’m coming!!!

I love my hometown gym. I can do CrossFit, cool down on the treadmill before enjoying some relaxation in either the pool and the hot tub, or I can finish my session in the wet and dry saunas.

I appreciate Nelson's Nautilus. They have good equipment, nice facilities, super hours, and great staff. It's a great value to our community. I've been a member for 2 years. Sometimes slow to fix wifi or equipment, but it's hard to complain where the value is so good. Jeff, Cody, and Derrick make you feel at home. Kind of like walking into Cheers, where they know your name. I highly recommend Nelson's Nautilus.

I take three classes and I want to say that I totally enjoy them all! My Zumba, HIIT and water aerobics instructors are amazing! These ladies are very encouraging, friendly, have great attitudes and make exercising/staying in shape fun!!

I have been here about 7-8 weeks now and the staff has been very friendly, the facility is well kept, and I always am able to get on a machine when needed. The people at the gym seem very happy and the vibe at this facility seems very positive.

I was a member in Milwaukee it was great when Kathy was manager then the virus hit us then the fire and smoke it was closed after that. Now OC is open I have to join again my body is really ready now let's go to the gym!!!!.

I love this place they have great machines, it's clean the staff are friendly and very helpful. The pool and hot tub are great as well as the stream and dry saunas.

I love this gym, old school vibe, friendly people and positive attitudes. Pool, hot tub and sauna 🙂
