Cashus Italian Cuisine Dine in

Calling all foodies. Cashus Italian Cuisine is a pa and ma owned restaurant with amazing food that you can appreciate in a beautiful environment. The owner and food creator, Bobby, personally came to greet us and made us feel welcomed and like family. My 13 year old God Son loved the sausage basil pesto pizza and I got the Amo Mia Magli- you can tell the dishes were made from scratch from the pizza crust to the creamy sauce. I want to try everything on the menu. The atmosphere is quite and calming. A perfect spot for a date or to be with a friend. Favorite place ever for genuine good food.

Chef Bobby is a awesome host and an even better Chef!! His cuisine is just that Cuisine!!! For those not interested in fine cuisine he can accommodate with wings and burgers. His current location is a small restaurant in Batavia Iowa off the beaten track but more than worth the trip. The desert menu was as awesome as the entrees. He will soon be moving his business to Burlington Iowa. But will be in Batavia for 30 days or so.

Stopped in on our way through Burlington, Iowa. Amazing Italian!!!! Plates ran about $17 for pasta, salad and piece of toast. I had the Garlic Parmesan pasta. We also had a GIANT piece of butter pecan cake that we split for $10 (made to split 3 ways but there were just 2 of us.) OMG just splurge and get the cake. A little pricey of a total bill but so worth it. Chef Bobby waited on us!!!

I first want to apologize for my earlier post as I let my frustration get the best of me. The waiter who is also the owner, the cook and the baker, is one of the hardest working people I have ever met. We made reservations for Saturday evening and were seated promptly. The food was delicious and worth the wait as everything is made fresh. I had the Chicken Marsala and the sauce was excellent and the chicken moist and tender. Then we selected dessert which was also baked by the owner. It was also delicious. The prices were reasonable and the food was delicious. This place is a hidden treasure. I recommend you make reservations as the place is quite popular with the locals and you don't want to miss the opportunity to sample the cuisine and the desserts.

Don't usually leave reviews, but this establishment is an exception. The quality of the food was superb, as was the atmosphere. The host was very friendly and pleasant. The food was superb. The meatball sub is both reasonably priced and delicious and the fries are seasoned to perfection. The perfect place to stop and rest for a bite to eat after shopping at the mall!

My husband and I tried Cashus while we were in Iowa for the holidays. We highly recommend! The owner is very friendly and the food was exceptional. We also tried a piece of their White Christmas cake; it was a 10/10! We will be back!

My fiance and I were in tonight and the food and experience was amazing!! Wonderful service & food is to die for!! We were amazed with the bruchetta and the entrees and we shared a slice of the Delilah cake and we were absolutely blown away!!! So much so that we want that cake for our wedding, its pretty and it tastes even better than it looks. Hats off to chef Bobby, you are amazing and we will certainly be back!!

Went for a date and was not disappointed. Though he had to do the service himself, my glass was never empty. The music really set the atmosphere. The Sundried Tomato Wings were a great start. Taste of NOLA for me! Both cups were full of flavor and had just the right amount of kick. Plus that Cookies and Cream cake! I would not change a thing!

Loved it! We have lived in 8 different states and overseas, this is the best Italian food I have ever eaten anywhere. The Roasted Garlic Parmesan is a delicious upscale Alfredo that easily outclasses any competition. As an added bonus, the individual attention and personal service were all excellent. I cannot overemphasize how fantastic the food is here, if you want outstanding cuisine, stop reading and go there!!!

Great little restaurant. Took my wife here for date night and absolutely loved it. The atmosphere is very homely, the staff are very nice and the food was absolutely amazing. The owner and staff take time to make everything fresh to order. The only thing id like to see improved is maybe adding some breadsticks to the menu and maybe fountain drinks instead of cans.

Some of the best food in Burlington here at Cashus! The taste is amazing, presentation is beautiful, and the pricing is reasonable. My food came with a cute little Italian flag on a toothpick (so cute). I am so impressed by this place. Seriously, don’t think about it and just try this place. Just do it! Eat at Cashus!!

My sister took me to lunch today for my birthday. Chef Bobby was so welcoming and warm. The food was wonderful. Different from any place else I've eaten. Can't wait to go back and try other things. And when he found out it was my birthday he wouldn't let us pay for our desert. I'm recommending to all my friends.

Any expectations we had for small-town Iowa fine dining was blown out of the water. My husband and I found a new favorite place to eat for date nights.
Exceptional Italian food, great service and an all around memorable experience.

First experience with Cashus Italian Cuisine was a few weeks ago when my friend treated me to lunch AND a birthday cake from Chef Bobby. Lunch was at a local restaurant (Ottumwa) and Bobby delivered the cake and kindly joined us for a celebration. Last night some friends invited me to supper at Cashus. Lord help me! I am addicted. One of the best meals around and super fair pricing. And trust me. The cake is to die for. Go!! You will NOT be disappointed. What a treasure.

The food is awesome. This guy can cook. Make sure you try the Breakfast at Tiffany's cake. Reminded me of really good wedding cake only better. The wait staff was very attentive. It was very cozy in the place.

Outstanding food and service! Jeneanne, the chef’s wife, was a charming and knowledgeable server. I wanted to try everything she mentioned. Chef Bobby greeted us and inquired if everything was satisfactory. Oh yeah! The food was wonderful! Don’t miss this gem.

Best little gourmet restaurant I've ever experienced. From the food to the chef, I love it all around. You can't find a better chef, I hope he sticks around because Batavia is damn lucky to have him here! ♡♡♡

We have dined in 3 times recently and will go back again! Excellent Italian cuisine. Don’t sell the carry out short…we have had equally fantastic experiences! Update…sadly they closed😞

Ok I'm from NJ and being from there I'm used to NJ and NYC style pizza ,ever since I moved to iowa ive been on a search for some pizza. I've tried alot of place here and this is by far THE BEST I've have in a long time. I had the basil italian sausage pesto and the second pizza was chicken florentine. I got to admit cooking skills are high on this one all the flavors even the white wine was noticeable in the food. All together not exactly ny style but extremely delicious. I would give 100 stars of If could.

Excellent, top flight cuisine. Chef Bobby is the best. Highly recommended. Not fast food, but a fine dining experience. I cannot wait to come back.
