I had Dye VL today and it was a great experience. Kerri explained from start to finish what she was doing and how it should feel. I enjoyed that they not only want you to feel confident but make you feel confident… there is no pressure and is only education to make you feel confident and comfortable in the decisions you make going forward with your skincare!

I absolutely love Kerri at essence and her team! They are all always very welcoming and thorough. Kerri definitely takes the time to understand what it is that you want and need and doesn’t try to push you into things that are unnecessary. She’s very thorough and I have never been unhappy with any of the services she is performed I highly recommend.

These women are fabulous!! Kerri was so thorough in educating me & explaining her recommendations. She is very passionate about what she does & speaks highly of Kate who did my Opus. Kate is awesome. She’s very sweet, compassionate & fun! I felt very comfortable and confident in her responsibility for my treatment/care.

But there were also areas that nothing could really be done about and she was honest about that. I was beyond grateful for her honesty in telling me where my money was best used! I absolutely love this Essence!!! Kerri and Kate are friendly, professional and you really feel welcomed. The office is clean, love the white with black trim and ceilings with touches of cobalt blue, simple, sleek and beautiful. Had my consult with Kate she is very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions. Kerri did my first procedures. She explained everything thing to me prior to each step. I had the Opus and Harmony done along with the Meyer vitamin IV. I Highly recommend all 3 of these procedures. I am one day out from procedures and already see results it is truly amazing!!! In 2 weeks I am scheduled for lip filler and Botox ( I won the Botox worth $600..00at the 1 year Birthday Bash). I am so looking forward to the journey I am on with these beautiful women!

Katie is very friendly and excited about her job. She puts the client first. She explained everything well and asked multiple times throughout the entire visit if I was doing ok and if anything was hurting/burning. I would definitely recommend Hydrafacials and Dermaplaning with Katie. All of the staff I have met are wonderful. The products available to support the treatments are great too.
