Staybridge Suites Bismarck, an IHG Hotel

I stayed for a month while traveling for work, the most impressive part of this hotel is the staffs. Everyone I have met tried their best to make it a wonderful trip. I left the hotel every morning at 4:30AM and there is always hot water and tea bags even though it was not breakfast time yet. Made my commute to work much enjoyable. PS. Water in the gym is always filled as soon as its depleted. Not every hotel pays attention to details like this. Will definitely return.

Great three day stay. Breakfast was great. The swimming pool was good, and I had to go to the front desk for towels but not the worst thing in the world. They did allow me to use their meeting room for free to meet with family while I was in town. Ended up not using it because there was a water leak coming through a light fixture in the ceiling, but ended up using the common area to socialize. It was an overall great stay.

We loved our one night stay here. There is so much that I could say, but I will narrow it down to a few areas where I think they excelled. The landscaping in the back patio area is awesome! There is a fountain/creek and it is just beautiful. There are tables and grills so if you are staying for a few days it would be awesome to use this area to relax. Second, the free breakfast was the best I have had on this trip. I could actually eat the sausage. In addition to eggs and sausage they had biscuits and gravy as well as a yogurt station where you could add fresh fruit, granola, etc. In addition to coffee, orange juice and milk, they also had cranberry juice. which I love and you hardly ever see at the complimentary breakfast. The last of my favorite things about this hotel is that they will give you a free bag of ice. When my husband could find the ice-machine, he asked an employee and they said stop by the front desk for a free bag of ice!

We stayed here for 3 days while in town for a family event in March. Several other family members stayed here too. Many rooms. We needed a place to store a large tote & luggage rack. The staff here were amazing & SO accommodating. They held our big items in a conference space. Room was good but bathroom could us an update. We also had several local family members come up one evening and I had asked the front desk staff if we could use the lobby area to eat pizza's. I thanked them as we kinda took over that whole space. Not once did they make us feel like we were a bother. They even gave us a few extra paper plates that we were short on. Kids loved the pool area. I can't say enough good things about the staff here.

A very quiet hotel near a mall and a residential area. The room was clean and the hotel very big with a nice outdoors space. Really enjoyed my stay here and slept well. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great property. It was clean, the staff was nice and I like the social hour they do with food available.

This is my go-to whenever I'm staying in Bismarck!! I love IHG brand. Mainly Staybridge and this location do not disappoint!! The staff is great. The rooms are always clean!

Clean room. Bed was superb. Pillows very nice and comfy. Kitchen was great.
Our shower needed an update though. Different colored caulking was sad to see. Walls breaking down around shower not fitting the room comfort. Couch needed to be replaced too. I never would sit on it.

amazing hotel! awesome staff, wonderful clean and comfy rooms, stocked pantry, stellar breakfasts!! we were spoiled every minute of our stay.

The front desk guy was very fast, genuinely polite and kind!

Customer service is very hard to find these days and the Manager at this motel went above and beyond! We were in a blizzard and I was unable to get home so I pulled in and she was so kind and welcoming. They have great amenities evening and morning, nice clean rooms and free laundry services! I travel a lot but rarely rent in my own hometown but I’d highly recommend this motel to travelers!

We had the queen suite. It was very spacious, great for a break from our road trip and family of 4 to have some space to spread out. Shout out to front desk helping with items we needed. Good pool and beautiful outdoor enclosed patio.

Clean, spacious room. So many amenities - the couch was nice, the bed sheets were quality, there was a stovetop, large fridge, microwave, toaster...too many to list. I could live here. The bathroom had a few signs of wear and tear but nothing that would make me give this a lesser rating. Due to COVID the continental breakfast was very limited, but you can tell that it would be sublime normally. Employees friendly, and I got a great deal on this!

Excellent hotel. With all the possible facilities, you could need in a room and hotel. I think all rooms are almost a studio apartment, with fridge, microwave, dishwasher and induction burner. Even have a laundry room on the property.

Reasonable rates. Excellent staff. Not much to do in Bismarck but I had a relaxing stay on our way from coast to coast. A short walk from the mall so a few eating options near by.

Our room had breakfast included - which was basic. This is the only place they can improve on - keeping fresh and healthier options.

My brother, sisters and families all met here for a gathering. The rooms were clean. I loved the fact that I had a great breakfast buffet, full sized refrigerator and cooking space, not to mention a nice couch in my room, and a CLEAN pool and hot tub. The staff was excellent! We will be back 💜

What an excellent establishment! We were totally impressed with the amenities throughout the whole motel. The rooms are very comfortable. We enjoyed time in the pool, used the dining area for order-in pizza, and was impressed with the “10-star” continental breakfast. The hospitality was great with friendly, accommodating staff. We had our two dogs with us and we were impressed with how welcomed they were as well. We have plans on using this establishment for family get together in the future! What a treat!!!

Here for two weeks already, the hotel is very nice. Modern furniture and very good size bedrooms. I love the fact of having social nights 3 days of the week with free food and drinks. Laundry room is big and free. Nice BBQ area outside to hang out with family and friends.

Stayed here for a week with my husband and small dog. It was great! The place was very clean, front staff was very courteous and accommodating. The grounds and land scaping are beautiful. However, the breakfast and breakfast staff left much to be desired. Bonus was that the feild across the parking lot was field with hundreds of Prarie Dogs. It was amazing to see them for the first rime. Overall, I would rate my stay a 5!!

It was more than I expected (except for the noisy barn door bathroom door). Very neat, clean & comfortable & the breakfast was fabulous, yummy. I especially liked that they served breakfast til 10:30 on weekends & checkout was 12 noon. Made for a very relaxing morn. And you special rate was the frosting on top!

My four day stay was perfect! My toy poodle accompanied me as well. From beginning to end the entire staff was top notch! I attended a training while there and every detail was just right. It was a comfortable and relaxing stay! It would be a challenge if I had to come up with something that could be improved upon. Absolutely no complaints. You folks know how to make guests feel at home. Many thanks for all the kind hospitality!
