Sleep Inn & Suites Bismarck I-94

Our room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower was large and very nice. The breakfast was good. I would have liked cheese with it but that was ok. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will stay here again for sure.

My family and I got two hotel rooms here. The rooms were infested with bed bugs. My 2 year old daughter got bit up and was traumatized. Not only that but the front desk attendant refused to refund us our money when we said we didn’t want to stay there because of the bedbugs. We had only been there about 3 hours and my daughter’s entire body was covered in bed bug bites. The hotel REEKED of marijuana, the people who were in the room next to mine were very loud and inconsiderate. I called the front desk and asked them if they could tell the people next door to keep the noise to a minimum because my child was trying to nap. The hotel staff said that people were free to do what ever they wanted in their own hotel room as long as it’s not anything illegal. To put the icing on the cake when we went to leave I fell down the stairs because the cleaning people had mopped and did not put a wet floor sign out. This was the worse hotel I have ever been to. I won’t be returning and I wouldn’t recommend anyone went here.

Had 16 rooms booked. Walked in and the front desk clerk had everything ready to go. Great experience, kids all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. If we're back in Bismarck we're staying at the Sleep Inn & Suites.

Great place to stay! My only complaint is we didn't stay long enough! Lots of good places to eat nearby as well.

Everything was great 👍🏼 Clean rooms, friendly staff, hot breakfast. We appreciated the temp of the pool/hot tub, the fact that it's open til midnight, and the music playing. Noon checkout was great too. We had an awesome stay and even better sleep!

This was a nice enough Sleep Inn. It was immaculately clean, which will trump everything else in my book. The pool was small but serviceable. Noise was an issue. We could hear through the walls and floor easily. I think I startled our neighbor, because I coughed and there was a thump across the wall. :) I am sure the breakfast was pretty good, but we got there about 15 minutes before it closed and it was already mostly wrapped up. Overall an acceptable stay. The cleanliness of the hotel brought it up significantly in my estimation.

Greeted with a smiling face, thanked me for being a platinum member! Offered water and cookies. The beds were clean and comfortable. The hair dryer hangs on the bathroom wall with a lit ring . Perfect for a night light ! Hot breakfast included eggs, sausage patties, and anything else you wished toast, waffles, cereal, etc.

Stopped in without reservations (spur of the moment trip) and stayed three nights while a friend was in hospital. Room and bath were clean, A/C worked great, breakfast was good with wide selection, and staff were friendly
One of my best extemporaneous lodging experiences.

It was clean. We got put on the first floor for being in the hotel rewards thing. Beds were good and the fridge was decently sized I can't say much about the location as we had business up in garrison.

Our family absolutely LOVED this place! We rolled in late afternoon and the front desk concierge, Jason, was so great! He was kind, informative, and so very friendly! Upon walking in, the lobby was modern, spotless, and inviting - which was especially appreciated after a long drive in and considering the last hotel we stayed at was less than desirable.

We were traveling with our very young toddler and Jason would do things like give a pack of Otis Spunkmeyer cookies to us for him and turn the juice dispenser on after seeing us checking out the breakfast bar and talking about the different juices they had. He was extremely considerate of us and our little one and working with him was such a wonderful way to be greeted by Bismarck!

The room itself was fantastic and clean, especially for the price! The beds were super comfortable, the shower head actually had great water pressure, and everything actually worked as it was supposed to! Unfortunately, that should go without saying, but it's pretty unheard of these days!

Their breakfast was just as fantastic! The gentleman (unsure of his name, but he had green hair) making the food and breaking down the breakfast was great and he did phenomenal job! He made scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage, set up a pancake section with multiple types of syrups, an oatmeal station with 4 mix-ins, 4 types of juice, a variety of breads and bagels, two types of cereal, fresh fruit, and breakfast sweets. We were so shocked and delighted to see so much go into this breakfast and we (obviously) spent a ton of time checking out the food!

It also snowed in the day we were meant to head home with a snow storm on our route and they were very accommodating with helping us stay an extra night until it passed. Jodi, the Front Desk Manager, was the one to help us with staying another night and we worked with her on check out day. She was so kind and friendly - exactly what you expect of a Manager!

Thanks so much for everything, Jason and everyone! All of you helped make our trip and overall experience of visiting North Dakota even better with your kindness and attentiveness! This Sleep Inn was the absolute best hotel we've stayed at in a very long time, hands down!

This is a nice hotel. Rooms were clean and quiet, and the manager Jodie was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location - just a shoirt drive to restaurants and shops.
It would have been nice to see recycling bins in the room, but otherwise, everything was fantastic!

Jason helped us with anything we needed for our room and our stay. Room service was very good and even layed my personal blanket neatly across my bed. Check out at 12!! Will always come here when staying in Bismarck

Right off the freeway, well-lit parking lot, VERY CLEAN rooms, good hot breakfast. This was exactly what we needed for passing through town. Friendly staff. Would 100% stay again.

Got in late as just passing through on our long drive and was greeted with a smile and a cookie! Check-in was smooth and we had a comfortable night sleep. Breakfast was so-so but anything is appreciated.

I spent one night at the Sleep Inn & Suites in Bismarck, North Dakota. I made my reservations online using the Choice Hotels Website. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted and recognized as a Choice Privileges Member. Check-In was quick and in no time, I was in my room. The King Room was large, clean and well attended. The bed was well made and very comfortable. I enjoyed a quiet stay with no road or outside noise. The Wi-Fi was strong, quick and worked well during my stay. This hotel features a large, well lit parking lot that can accommodate a large number of hotel guests. While this hotel was clean, and very comfortable, the employees go out of their way to make you feel welcome and ensure that you have a wonderful and enjoy stay. This Sleep Inn is an excellent hotel, and I would not hesitate staying here again.

Friendly desk staff at check-in was a good introduction to the unit. Our first floor room had tall ceilings making the room feel spacious. Location was good but I took one star away because the entry from the street was not obvious.

Great stay here. Check in was a breeze. The gentleman at the counter was polite and courteous and still moved me along at a good pace while still politely answering all my questions about the pool and breakfast.

Breakfast was good. Hot eggs and sausage plus really good pastries and a slick pancakes machine. Yum yum. Those were the highlights for me.

Our fridge did start making a really high pitched sound in the middle of the night. I thought it was coming out of the walls. It started to give us quite a headache. I got up to call the front desk when I realized what was causing it. We unplugged the fridge and that stopped the sound. I don't expect this is common. Everything else on our room seemed to be in great repair. I'd stay here again.

This was a much needed relaxation stay..
It was only 1 night but the pool.and hot tub were amazing. The last month has been a crazy busy and stressful.. and we just had a huge snow storm .. so was even better. Thank you! Rooms clean and staff are very friendly and the breakfast buffet serves were wonderful..thank you. I look forward to staying again.
