Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bismarck, an IHG Hotel

I recently had an extended stay (31 nights) at the Holiday Inn Express (Bismarck). The front desk staff was exceptional, the breakfast attendants were so warm and friendly that you felt like you were family, the housekeeping staff worked what seemed non-stop to keep the property at a high level of cleanliness, (They have one custodian who was so detail
Oriented that he power cleaned every sq inch of the grout in the tiles a few times over the course of our stay, even the General Manager was superb. Thank you all for making us feel so welcome and not just as hotel
Guests but as friends! We watched you all deal with a packed hotel full of kids every weekend for a month, often times rude kids with rude parents and you all never strayed from being professional. My room was clean, the bed was super comfortable being not too firm nor too soft…. Just right. Thank you all for the hospitality!

We stayed here for a couple of nights and were very impressed by the cleanliness and hospitality of the hotel. Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. If I pass through Bismarck again, will definitely stay here! Thanks Holiday Inn Express and Suites!

I do a bunch of weekend traveling for are small business, I've been a faithful customer of @ihghotels till this year, decide to avoid staying with them for numerous reasons. But I had to find a room in Bismarck ND this pass weekend and it was at this Holiday Inn Express. Upon arrival I didn't know what to except when I walk in the sliding door I was greeted by with a big Hello and smile, with the words "How can I help you" from that point on everything was perfect!!! It was so CLEAN, the hotel, hallways elevators and the rooms the beds were the best. I could go on but IHG could use this Hotel as a training area anyway Keep up the good work. This is one Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bismarck I will return to.

Clean and well designed rooms. Better breakfast than most.

One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Everywhere was spotless even the stairwell which is a often neglected area. Room is very well laid out and has microwave, kerig style coffee maker and refrigerator withe separate freezer compartment. I’ve stayed at over 700 hotels and this was in top 10 as far as cleanliness. Kudos to management.

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years. We did not travel this way over the pandemic years but returned on Feb 16 to the same clean, friendly, comfortable stay that we always knew we could rely on pre-pandemic. Many hotels have struggled to keep up with staffing and supply chain issues but this stay was like every other great stay. The layout, comfort and cleanliness of the rooms are appreciated and it’s clear they did not cut corners on the little things that affect guest experience. It is slightly pricier than competitors nearby but worth every penny for us. The icing on the cake is the delicious breakfast that appeals to every one of our family of 4 who have varying tastes.

We stayed at this hotel on a road trip out to Glacier national Park. Initially everything was very clean. But when I moved a towel on the bathroom counter, there was a large bug there. I went up to talk to the girl at the front desk; but she seemed overwhelmed with a line of people, and stated, “I’m sorry, I am the only one working here this evening” to someone waiting. I decided to tell the day shift manager or staff member when we checked out. I took the large bug/insect up to the front desk and his only statement was, “I will have maintenance check it out.” No adjustment on the rate - which would have been appreciated.

Great location. The team treats you like a valued customer every time you arrive. Breakfast was great.

Id like to preface this by saying IHG is not my preferred brand nor is this my preferred hotel when traveling to the Bismarck area, until now. On a city wide sold out weekend we had no choice but to book here, but I am so glad we did. The hotel was one of the cleanest i’ve ever seen and the gentleman who checked us in was friendly and professional. I spent 10 years in the hospitality industry and I have never been more impressed by a property from staff to cleanliness as I was by this hotel. I’ll never stay anywhere else when i’m the area.

I was so hesitant when I arrived here, it just felt too small but after few days I changed my mind completely. The staff are beyond nice and professional, every single one of them, from kitchen lady to David the supervisor and the general managers. Everyone is just so nice and welcoming. The only downside is the WiFi service in the rooms is almost impossible to stay connected via phone and impossible to connect via laptop. Breakfast was just standard inn food, I stayed there for 3 months and I haven’t witnessed any major change in food. I like the area, surrounded by bunch of restaurants and markets. Overall I had a great experience and will definitely comeback. Thank you staff.

Our room was quite clean, comfortable, hotel just feels nicer than most of the ones in Bismarck too. Don’t see dirt in the corners of the lobby or anything like that. Front staff was happy and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again but I often have my pupper, and they do not accept pets. Witch probably contributes to the cleanliness and the desire to keep it that way. Side note, I love when hotels accept pets but they always seem to start caring less and less, as time goes, about keeping things clean.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. We were stuck in Bismarck for a week in the recent blizzard. This hotel was a life saver and the staff here were amazing. Big thanks specifically to Neva, David and Darcie. Neva is a fantastic front desk manager, David did an amazing job with the parking lot and keeping things moving there, Darcie did a fantastic job every day with breakfast and with keeping everything looking great in the hotel. We appreciate you all more than you know and appreciate you making us feel like family during our stay. Thanks a million, Zach (the nice one) and Joe from room 107.

All around super nice hotel, I highly recommend staying here! It was very clean and comfortable. Everyone was very friendly. My grandfather and I were on a road trip and everyone made us feel so welcomed. The manager, Cathy, especially went out of her way to talk to my grandfather and made him feel extra special, which was one of the highlights of our trip for him

We stopped here for a night and were impressed with the cleanliness and overall service. The beds were comfortable and the pool area was very well kept. What I especially found exciting was that they provided breakfast options for those with food restrictions. As someone who has celiac disease, this means the world to me.

The staff was extremely friendly. Nice, modern amenities. Conveniently located near the Interstate. The room was extremely clean. The bed was quite firm, but I still had a great night of sleep. The breakfast buffet was a nice touch. I would have no problem staying here again.

Beautifully comfortable and clean hotel, smells good right when you walk into lobby. Love the room darkening shades, the beds and (appropriately labeled "firm or soft" pillows), soft, padded carpets, large wall mounted televisions, beautiful large bathroom, perfectly sized in room fridge, pool and hot tub, and terrific, plentiful choiced hot breakfast. We stayed in a queen suite with 5 people and had more than enough room to be comfortable. We liked everything about this hotel and would definitely stay again.
