I wasn't able to locate my card and didn't have any of the information handy. I reached out to MedOne via chat and they were able to locate my account and request new cards be issued and mailed to me. It was wonderfully easy and the whole process took less than 5 minutes. I was worried that since I didn't have my Member ID that they wouldn't be able to help, but they came through for me!

Today I spoke to customer service representative, Ashley A.--a true angel. She addressed the questions I had in a very helpful, patient and pleasant manner. During the call, she was even able to provide me with some unexpected but great news. Thank you, MedOne Pharmacy, for having her as an employee. She is definitely a favorite!!

MedOne helped me with a billing issue where I was charged the incorrect amount from the local pharmacy. I was hesitant to call given past experiences with medical billing however the representative Courtney was amazing from start to finish! I would personally like to make all MedOne clients and the company aware of her outstanding customer service and how much I appreciate the support, follow up and overall kindness. Her ability to get me the necessary docs vs directing me to a site and managing my claim start to finish allowed me to focus on what I needed to do and not worry about resolving the dreadful billing issue. This type of service speaks volumes and is rare these days, thanks you for taking the stress off my plate!!!

The past two years I have been a MedOne Pharmacy customer. Navigating the ever changing healthcare and prescription industry is often a struggle and difficult task. I am very impressed by literally all of my encounters with these folks. They are incredibly patient, always explain things clearly, and always follow through on what they say. I would recommend MedOne to anyone that needs to find a quality mail order pharmacy. You will not be disappointed by their professionalism, positive demeanor, and willingness to serve you as the customer.

I called yesterday to ask about pricing for what is normally an expensive prescription. The first lady I spoke with said that the system wouldn't let her look up this particular prescription. I was frustrated to say the least but maybe around an hour later Molly from MedOne left me a voicemail saying that she can help me find the pricing for it. I was completely blown away at how much she cared to help me out! No other company has ever called me back trying to help if they couldn't during the initial phone call. She really went the extra mile and I'm so thankful for people like that! I'm also excited that she informed me that I'll be saving around $185 on this prescription. All-around great customer service!

I had the pleasure of speaking to three ladies that assisted me. Chelsea, Christie and Courtney. These ladies have impeccable customer service! Each one made me feel heard, understood and that my situation was important. I completely understand that I am not the only single individual that these ladies come in contact with. I do however, know how each of these ladies made me feel special. Please acknowledge these ladies for an amazing job! This kind of customer service is what everyone is so grateful for.

My employer just switched to MedOne on July 1st. It was kind of a surprise, so I've had a lot of questions. I have talked to a couple of different representatives and everyone is super-fantastic and nice! Kim H specifically has taken care of a couple of difficult and confusing situations for me. She is above and beyond prompt in her responses and kept me in the loop the whole time she was taking care of the issue! She is very kind to talk to and bends over backwards to help! She is a gem! Another employee (of my employer) was asking me some questions and I told her to just call. She reported that the reps were superb in helping her resolve her issue too!

I had an issue with one of my daughter's prescription refills. I chatted with Sarah, who was incredible. She called the pharmacy and walked them through how to correctly submit the claim, then confirmed that subsequent refills would process correctly. She even followed up on a refund of the difference between the copay and retail price once the claim processes. She really went above and beyond, and I'd like to suggest that she receive a promotion and substantial pay increase.

Cassandra was knowledgable, courteous, professional and determined in her efforts to help me!

Customer service on my recent call was exceptional. The person handling my question showed that she cared, listened to my question and took notes. She said she would reach out to my pharmacy and then get back with me. Within one hour she emailed me back to provide me the information that was needed. Most companies don't take this extra step, or they say they will contact you but never do, so it was extremely positive to see this happen. Great job!

The MedOne Member Advocate Team has been rocking it for the last month helping me jump through a bunch on hoops with prior authorizations and medication coverage! Highest kudos to them!
