Love all the products that they have here with my designs that my team submitted because they got it on our group sharing of data which means they see all I do on phone or computer.

The store reps were really awesome, fun, and very easy to talk to. I found many goodies to buy today!

Becca and the other employee who was working when I came in (very sad I didn’t catch their name) were absolute angels! They both made my day. Highly recommend this location. Good stock of band tees too!

Just not what it used to be but is still a great store. I miss the actual dark clothing that they used to have. Seems like it's a mix between Disney, pink, and anime anymore.. I prefer going online and shopping as they generally have more choices that I'm looking for. I do really miss having a store locally that has the more gothic clothing and accessories with a few other choices.

This place has a huge selection with a lot of different items. The staff was friendly. The prices are sort of high on some stuff, but it is Hot Topic, so that is to be expected. The place was also pretty clean.

The employees were extremely helpful and friendly. Although the store did not have what we were exactly looking for, they offered their opinion and/or advice on where to find it.
Due to covid - The store has a limit on how many customers may be inside the store at one time. They handled this professionally and passionately.

I ALWAYS LOVE SHOPPING HERE!!! Staff is super friendly, help you look for certain items, hold actual conversations. Treat you like a human being and I LOVE IT!! I always find what I am looking for and if I cant for some reason they help me find something else I may like. I AM ALWAYS one satisfied customer every time. And get this they HAVE MYSTERY BAGS!!! they are always fun to open.

Used to shop here a lot and always had a great experience. The staff were mostly kind and helpful, some thought they were too cool to do their job, which was unfortunate. Great concert t-shirts, awesome piercing studs and earrings, and always loved getting my Tripp pants here!

I absolutely love this place. One thing people misunderstand about this place is it’s not a punk, goth place where troubled people shop. It’s a place inspired by music, for music. There’s anime merch, band tshirts, jewelry, even cute little stuffed animals. They offer a selection of clothing, merchandise, and much much more both in store and online. The staff is hilarious and helpful, and I never walk out of there without a smile on my face. There’s constantly some sort of sale going on, and while you can spend tons of money on a ton of amazing things, it’s also a great place where you can find that one amazing thing you’ve been looking for your entire life. By far one of my favorite place to shop.

Awesome store! Super fun and helpful staff members. Will recommend Hot Topic to anyone for gifts and trinkets. They bring in epic clothing too, great quality.

My family and I bought some Funko pops and I needed needed new gauges. Great selection of both! The customer service is unreal! I forgot one of my gauges and the cashier was kind enough to find me to give them to me.. amazing!! A+++

Literally came to the mall to see my sister and her baby, was here for less than an hour but one of the employees made my brother in law really happy by showing him t shirts and earrings and stuff, not to mention the other employee had a conversation with my sister about middle children and it made her laugh. I don't get to see my sister and my niece much so this was a good experience for me

This place is like my home, I visit there all the time and I love the new client these that they always have. They have everything from Disney to Adult swim, it's amazing. Would recommend going if you haven't.

Employees are always fun to be around. They'll almost always make your day. Great shop for everyone from nerds, to goths, to Disney fans, to anime lovers.

Every staff member here is so polite and ready to help find what you want. A favorite stop of ours when we come to the city. New and unique items in all of the time.

Hot topic is amazing. I left my phone at hot topic and they found me and returned it to me. Amazing employees

I love going in here for all their collectables and fun stuff and never had an issue with the staff, they are always pretty happy go lucky.

Lindale Hot Topic is great. They always have plenty of stock on hand and the employees are always knowledgeable and enthusiastic to help you find whatever you're looking for.
