Vinyl Taco

Great food and an awesome vibe. Good music and a pretty good spot to bring kids. The music is loud enough to drown out the screaming children as to not disturb other tables. Plenty of options off the menu to choose from and in the warmer months, looks like a decent place to sit outside. They also have a bar on the right side for those wanting to stay away from the noisy kiddos.

Dog friendly, staff was very friendly, food was great, and the menus are on music vinyls (wish I took a picture of those) nice artsy decorations. There is outside seating and seating inside. They brought out a treat for my doggy and water. Overall a great place to visit. I would recommend the pork belly tacos and the barbacoa tacos. The drinks were great, my fav is the Lollipop.

We got to take out from this place as we drove into Grand forks never having tried it before. Wow, what a great taste! The cilantro lime chicken tacos were especially good and my wife loved her shrimp tacos.
The ambiance looks great inside if you are a music lover... Would have loved to check it out more but needed to get to our hotel.

I was super excited about trying this place. I brought the whole family with the kids. Once I got the kids out of the car I found out you must be 21 or older to enter. The art was pretty cool and I still want to try their food one day.

I finally got a chance to check this place out with my kids and we loved it. The waitress was amazing, the food was great, the atmosphere was so cool. The restaurant was very clean we will be going back.

The atmosphere of this place is top tier.

Food is fine.

The first time we have been to Vinyl Taco. We arrived with a party of six just ahead of the rush. We were so glad we did, as the crowds followed after us. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered. The big hit were the Tortilla Poppers…not one but a second order. The place has a very cool vibe. When we get back to Grand Forks we will be back for some more poppers.

Very cool place! The tacos are great! Probably the best vegetarian taco I have had anywhere! Super cool decor. Great outside seating. Definitely going back to try some drinks!

I have visited Vinyl Taco before but today I felt compelled to review. High stress day at work and was craving the buffalo blue cheese taco. This atmosphere in the restaurant is so uplifting,the servers are so friendly, and their choice in music just makes my day brighter. Going back with a full belly (seriously, try the buffalo tacos tho), and a smile.

Ended up there twice today with schedules and kids. Both times we had great service and food. In the afternoon Henry was over the extremely polite and friendly!!

Fantastic place! Great music, super fast friendly staff. Food is absolutely amazing. First time there and will definitely be back with family and friends.

We always have an awesome time at Vinyl Taco! Guacamole, Burritos, Bell's Two-Hearted, and Strawberry Margaritas are our go-to for a good time!

Awesome place to hang out to eat and drink. Mojitos were amazing tocos were super fresh and yummy . Great tunes played on vinyl records!

The food is West-Mex taken to its untilmate form. It is excellent. The atmosphere is a love letter to Classic Rock. Staff are always friendly. Cocktails are a little pricey though.

Good food, pretty much the best service I've ever had at a restaurant. Wait staff seems like they all work together to make sure you have a great experience. I had like 3 other people besides our main waiter come over and check on us. Good tunes too.

If you are looking for good food and drinks in Grand Forks stop by the Vinyl Taco! This was my first visit to North Dakota and after a long day of driving in from Fargo the Tacos were delicious!
They have a great collection of records they play over the sound system, so you get good vibes the whole time.

Amazing service, vibes, drinks, and street tacos. Didn't know there was an option to get corn tortillas, but will try that next time.

Out of this world. Best chimichanga I've ever had. Queso was creamy and cheesy to boot. Competitively priced for the service, plating, drinks, taste, music, and atmosphere. I'm glad we stopped in for lunch and a cocktail. Will be back incredibly soon–as in probably tonight!... 🤪

Wow wow wow! This was my 1st visit here. I'd come back just for the great music! I did not have a drink today, but their selections on tap was very good. The smoked chicken & black bean chimichanga with green sauce was outstanding! I look forward to returning many more times.

My wife and I enjoyed ourselves, however, we expected our orders to be fuller portions. Other than that, everything was awesome 👍🏽😎

Outstanding service. Authentic gourmet taco experience. Limited beers on tap. Excellent spot for a date night.
