I had a great experience at this location tonight. The staff was helpful in my complicated situation with multiple lines. The process caused them to stay late and they were still kind spirited throughout the whole process. I worked with an associate and the manager Byron. I wanted to make sure it was known they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I appreciate their expertise, experience and customer service.

Brock was such a great associate. He was very helpful with getting me a new phone. It was a little bit of a wait but he was very clear that it would be about an hour. He suggested we stay here or go and run some errands so the wait wouldn’t be so bad. Some people over reacted about the time it took to do simple things but they’re just doing their jobs and trying to help everyone as best as they can. 😊

Brian (sales manager) was amazing. Extremely kind and patient. Willing to go over details of my account and help with a watch. Highly recommend him!

We went in on Black Friday so we knew it was going to be busy with the amazing deals they were having. We waited for awhile but it’s what I expected. We ended up getting Docker and he was amazing! Very helpful and polite. Also a bonus he was super funny and made my time there enjoyable! He was able to answer all the questions we asked and was good at his job. He is definitely our new favorite sales employee. We will be going back to this location in the future.

No wait time when we arrived at 4:30 on a Friday. Brett was our customer service rep and was amazing great sense of humor knew the products really well and gave great advice. Manager was also helpful and he and Brett got us the best deal possible with free accessories.

My son moved out of state for college and we were struggling with some data availability issues in South Dakota. I was able to be seen immediately! Char was quick to help and reached out to the call center to verify coverage was available in his area and upgraded our data plan to ensure my son had plenty of data in the future. Great experience and customer service!

Today I stopped in the store for a couple chargers for our phones. Nothing big, Michele Kincaid helped me with everything. And let me tell you, she was totally AWESOME. She knew everything I needed, and she was helpful as far as above & beyond customer service...

I frequently work with Sherri for our business needs. She has been extremely helpful and patient as she reviews our business plan with me. I credit her with finding the best deal for us and for resolving any billing questions I have. She is a pleasure to work with!

I was in the sprint store and was disappointed so went into US cellular to see what they had to offer. I was greeted immediately by Crystal who is very helpful and patient in answering my questions. After visiting she gave me her personal cell number to call or text when I had made a decision. She came in on her day off to ensure we got the promotion and helped me and my parents set up cell phones. They were my parents' first phones and she was incredibly patient and helping them. After answering questions for 2 1/2 hours, she still offer for us to call or text her personal number if we had any further questions as we used our new phones or when the first bill came.
I was very impressed with US cellular and Crystal was amazing.

Very surprised with the low ratings. I've been in there twice now and Adam rocks! He has made sure that I was taken care of and even let me bring in my box and accessories at a later time cause customer support at the corp office said I didn't need them. Great location and great staff!

My phone finally bit the dust - I was in a really bad financial spot but NEEDED a phone. Marquis greeted me in seconds and walked me through the features between the phones I had in mind.
I couldn't afford any cases or anything, so I was just going to put them in my bill - but he explained the $200 promo card special and had a plan. Put accessories on the bill, then use the $200 to cover them PLUS the bill! Walked in thinking I was cursed with poor luck, but he managed to turn it into a blessing in disguise. He knows his stuff!
Throughout the process, associates and the manager would come engage us in some chit chat to keep things lively. Everyone was super friendly!! It was overall one of my better experiences at any USC location.

Marquis did an awesome job cleaning my phone. I always expect and receive great customer service from this location. They are always my go-to over any other store! Marquis does the best at fixing the problems I have with my phone.

Ariah did a fabulous job helping me today. I went in with a broken phone, and even though she was unable to repair it, she went above and beyond by calling Samsung and getting me set up to send my phone in to get fixed. During the call and afterwards, she was kind, personable, sympathetic, and took the time to answer all my questions. She also gave me great advice and made sure I was comfortable with taking my next steps to getting a working phone.

Brett did a great job with the way he handled the changes to our account, including new phones, plan changes, transfer of data, and providing the correct accessories. Thanks for the prompt and professional service.

I have always gone to the store in Lindale mall in Cedar Rapids Iowa. They have amazing customer service. The person that helped me, Brock, bent over backwards to solve my issue. I greatly appreciate that.

Marquis was a really great help today when I was switching to US Cellular. He helped me switch plans and get a whole new phone in really good time, I’ve never had such good service.

I was concerned with keeping my pricing similar to my previous provider and Char did a great job explaining all my billing. We got a great deal and now have much better service.
