Hugos is always clean and well lit. The produce and bakery sections are very nice. Pricing is generally close to walmart, but the experience is far nicer. The employees are very friendly and helpful and the store still has that"hometown" feel.

We left a wallet at one of their stores. It was at customer service when we called. I read through many of these reviews and many people said they were too expensive. Hugo's employs hundreds of local people. They support our community through countless charities and events. Hugo's has been a cornerstone of our business community for decades. While we love to bemoan the loss of brick and mortar stores in our malls and on our main streets, we still find it easy to complain about what we still have. Think of the number of competitive grocers that have come and gone. If Hugo's was not competitive, those other stores might have stuck around. Time to get off my soapbox. It was built to hold 200 pounds and I'm stressing it out.

Usually pretty quick in and out. Staff are friendly. Prices are a bit high for some things other things are prove just right. Usually Hugo's has great deals every week

They FINALLY quit moving items around. Aisles are really wide items are reachable. If you want to know anything about a meat product they don't know. Use Google.

Awesome as always, but take a few lessons from EGF Hugo's Meat Department. They have extremely excellent members there, that take their time with their customer's

The staff is always welcoming. Out of all of the Hugo's in town, in my experience, this one gets the most interesting customers.

Store is always well organized, restrooms are clean, aisles are clear, and associates are ALWAYS visible, available, and enthusiastic about assisting customers.

Love hugos I'm there at least 3 times a week. The bag boy comes over to high five me and the cashiers are super duper friendly
