The Village Theatre

What a great place to allow people to just be people! The acoustics in this place are like being inside a guitar! It can be loud, bring ear plugs! However, it's always a great time, and never disappoints!

Definitely a great place. Matt is an amazing house owner. If you have an event reach out and if you're free catch a show or open mic.

In addition to being an audience member + patron of the Village Theatre, I have also produced a multi-media stage performance there. I recommend this venue because there is a unique and local spirit to the Theatre. I enjoy all of the events and performances that I have attended or been aware of in this Village of East Davenport community.

An amazing venue. This is a historic landmark in the Quad Cities, and its charm shows that in every way. The stage is large, curtains in very good shape, as well. I have seen so many different kinds of shows here. There is a great bar, well kept restrooms, and options for an open dance floor, tables, all chairs, or a combo. This would be a lovely place for a wedding venue also. If you have the chance to see a production here, please do.

The shows here are always intimate, fun, and often very personal. As always with local theaters, everything is mostly volunteer, so quite custom and personalized.

I went to theater for play. The location is really good. You can have road side parking as well as you will get good free parking space behind theater. The theater is 2 story building and can accommodate approximately 150 people. Theater has own neat and clean lavatory. The setup is good for small play. The theater is adjacent to kids play area and open garden to walk.

Wonderful venue, with awesome staff. Large tables great for big groups of people, or fun way to make new friends. Fantastic stage for performers. Nice lighting and sound.

It is a nice cozy venue, lots of unique shops around it. I would check it out if there are any events you are interested in happening there.

The facility is great for concerts and shows, and the staff are inviting to everyone.

The staff is incredibly kind and they host a huge variety of extremely entertaining shows!

Great venue offering a diverse selection of programing. Theatre to music to comics, etc.. You can catch some great entertainment at a great price. Located in the historic East Village of Davenport. Music is booked by the best talent brokers/promoters in our region. Many food options, as well as a legendary soda fountain across the street.

Saw a comedy show today. The comedians were funny, and I enjoyed the set. The village theatre also has a lot of creative art on the walls.

Venue produces modern plays and Moeller Nights (formerly Daytrotter) events.

I just this evening saw "Water by the Spoonful" and it was fantastic. This is a great venue, and it attracts great artwork and artists.

Amazing atmosphere and extremely kind staff. Highly recommend
