Applebee's Grill + Bar

Had a really good experience with an amazing waiter. Jack b was on point and definitely took care of us even with some of our oddball request he was on point. I got a full rack of ribs and the flavor was off the hook but unfortunately it wasn’t as described it was a lot tougher and not falling off the bone as advertised. My friend got the bourbon chicken and that was amazing flavor asked if he can get us a Oreo cookie shake and split it into 2 cups and he was able to do that for us as well absolutely awesome

Food was tasty and hot. Jenna our server was very friendly and always smiling, makes you appreciated. Wasn't rushed and had a good visit. Last time I was here, I was very disappointed and apprehensive of getting the chicken. It was perfect, seasoned well, looked good, and it was messy in a good way.

I've only eaten there 2 times before. The waiter was friendly and effective. The place was busy enough but not packed. She had steak and shrimp and I had a burger. We have lunch for tomorrow. Wr were both happy with our meals. Tasty.

Great customer service. Especially compared to other Applebee's restaurants, I've visited. Food tastes the way it should. Great deals . Highly recommended

Most of the time my experience at Applebee's is average. My most recent time I met my wife and mother-in-law for lunch. The food came out quick and hot. The salads were fresh and the fries were perfect. The server was pleasant and not overbearing. All 3 of us had a great experience.

Coming here as a Brit who has never experienced Applebee's before, I'd say it's most similar to a chain gastropub in the UK. We went for happy hour, and I have the say the value and quality of the food was great!

Food was delicious and our waitress was very nice, friendly and checked how we were doing in a timely manner.

This was by far my best experience at BWW (not that it has been bad in the past). The service was just right... no hovering and no searching for your waitress when you needed something. Also, the French fries were the best I have ever had at a BWW. Usually they are soggy and cold when you get them. Today they were piping hot and super crispy. Loved the improvement to the fries!

Very personable waiter.
The food & drinks were great. Only problem was our salads came out near the end of our meal. Dessert would have been better!

Stoped with my Wife for a couple appetizers & a cold beer. Excellent service, excellent food, & a real bargain.

Had the shrimp veterans day meal, really appreciated the recognition and the manager going around and personally thanking the veterans for their service.

Ordered a to go order for the whole office for a lunch meeting. The person (I think her name is Kaley) who took the order over the phone was very helpful and patient. The order was ready exactly when we needed it. Everyone got everything they asked for, nothing was missing. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Overall it was a great experience and will definitely be ordering again!

Emily was amazing she was super sweet and always checking up on us ! 5/5 she deserves a raise !

I wanted to eat a Sizzlin Cheddar Chicken & Bacon Skillet, I love that and had in Iowa before. Turns out it is part of a test menue item. I was about to actually leave since they didn't have it.
Staff and especially the manager looked it up and they made one, even though it was not on their menue.

It tasted perfect.

My daughter and I arrived here for a light supper and drink and although there was a waiting list for the booths we were able to sit at the bar. We ordered pinna colitis's, they were pretty perfect and the bartender that day Saturday 8-27 was knowledgeable at what was included in each entre. She was very attentive and asked questions, gave us choices and our meal came fast. I was able to see others plates of food and they were proportioned and looked extremely appetizing and it was hard to choose what I wanted. I did end up ordering the grilled Caesar Salad, just because I had it before and loved it so much. My daughter ordered a chicken alfredo and she was impressed also. I found the service great, the food great, I give them a 5 star. I love this place!
