Came to GF for Youth State Bowling Tournament & it’s always on our to-do list to try new & local places. We had planned to go for dinner on Saturday, but ended up going on Sunday. We didn’t realize they only offer a Brunch Menu, but we were not disappointed. The food, the staff, everything was amazing. The energy & vibe was great. I highly recommend visiting if you’re in the area!

Holy Tator Kegs! They are amazing! I would consider myself a potatoe expert, and these guys do a really great job. Service is impeccable. Plus Trivia every Thursday

It’s absolutely a dive bar, but the $9 burger Iate on a Friday after a long work week is unbeatable. I’ve never had a bad meal or anything less than great service. The Spud is easily one of Grand Forks’ most reliable staples for real good finger food and a solid drink.

Killer atmosphere 👌 ✨. Very fun prohibition feel. Grabbed some surf & turf mac'n'cheese for an appetizer, finished off with an uptown burger 🍔 😋. It's worth going back for more good food.

I can only comment on the food as I get pick up/delivery orders. The burgers are amazing. I have tried many different burgers and each are 11/10. So juicy!!

My wife and I went to the Spud Jr. during the week when it wasn't so busy. We had some new wings and they were sooo good!!! I also had a liberty lane burger and that was also really good! The service was fast and our food was fresh. It was a great experience!

Different food here (you wouldn't make this stuff at home) excellent flavors mixed together. I had 7th floor grilled cheese, incredibly tasty!!! I'm in awe about how those flavors complimented each other!!! Wonderful staff, excellent service!

Can you say yummmm? This has become my favorite place to eat in the GF area. Staff was friendly and super busy, but we didn't have to wait long. Thanks for a great meal!

Great little gem of the heart of Grand Forks! Food was fantastic and the service was amazing!! Ben did a stellar job taking care of us!!

Service was fast, couldn't believe all the people eating there in the middle of the afternoon. Also I had to ask the one waitress "if she was on drugs" the gal was busy cleaning off tables, cleaning windows on entrance door. Our party of 7 was served quickly, everyones food was Great. The fresh cut frys were a treat...

Food was great. Server was perfect, polite, and funny. Pricing was very do-able! Atmosphere wasn't what I expected. I expected more of the old Spud look, but it was more like a Sickies or that gas station looking bar whose name now eludes me, kind of look. Wide open and rustic, and bigger than i thought it would be, its not a bad look. I just didn't feel like I was at the Spud. Maybe some old Twisted Sister or Billy Idol posters would help. Lol.

Hade the Cuckoo's Nest Burger with a side salad and it was amazing! Love the pretzel fries (deep fried soft pretzel nubbins) and beer cheese dip. By the time we shared all that, didn't have room for many of their yummy fries.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 different dinners from The Spud Jr. You would think mac' n cheese on a burger would be too much but my daughter said it was delicious.... You would think that jalapenos and PB/jam on a grilled cheese sandwich is just wrong but I had to try it and it was weirdly wonderful! The service was great (we did takeout) and they were very friendly. Also super easy to online order which was a bonus!
