Joyhouse Coffee

JoyHouse is a sweet coffee shop inside of another business/ building. If you had one guess, what would that other business be?

To me, it was an easy guess: a church!! JoyHouse coffee, belonging to Evangel Church in Bismarck. This is a big church with constant movement, but it’s really such an enjoyable spot to hang out and get work done.

The best thing about JoyHouse is that they have crepes!!! Crepes are something I absolutely cannot resist, and I was so excited to see they make them here. Also, I sat in the shop so long that the adorable girl working offered me a free tea! It was so nice and I would for sure come back here again. JoyHouse is rightly named!

Good coffee and really great place to come with kids. There’s a big park area and even an indoor playing area. Lots of seating. We were staying across the street and this coffee shop popped up as being nearby. Go to the back to park.

I had a Banana crepe which was a perfect crepe. I also enjoyed a large black drip coffee which was satisfying. There are six tables available which comfortable seats four to a table. Five high chairs along a counter were available along a counter top. I noticed outside seating available with a small playground as I came in. Joyhouse coffee was the perfect place to take a break and get my day organized.

Seriously THE best coffee ever. If you're looking for a fun place to hang out, maybe play some games, and just enjoy a great cup of coffee/tea/soda...this is the place. It is beautiful, safe, and even has a playground outside and soon to be inside for your kiddos.

And the food it so worth it! Crepes and yummy pastries.

Joyhouse is my favorite coffee shop in town! Their food + drinks are so yummy! Their crepes, oatmeal latte, bubble tea (bobas, HELLO?!) are amazing. Also, their employees are awesome! They are so friendly and helpful. Definitely a must-stop if you're local or just passing through Bismarck!

I love Joyhouse coffee so much. I’ve had a lot of coffee a lot of different places and this is some of the best! Also the environment is so awesome. There is so much seating and it’s always so clean there. The community is great too. Baristas are always friendly and welcoming. I love their cold brew and their seasonal drinks are always fantastic. It’s also extremely family friendly. So good 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼! 💯

I have always loved Joyhouse Coffee for the atmosphere, lattes and comfort of the seating in the lobby and the shop itself. But with the addition of their freshly baked pastries on-site 😋👏👏, I would give them a 10 star rating if possible. Have mercy! They have cookies, scones, muffins and homemade pop tarts! 😍Do yourself a favor and go to Joyhouse Coffee. You won’t be sorry, and you will taste how fresh and natural ingredients enhance everything.

Best coffee shop in town, hands down. Their cold brew is delicious and smooth. My dad loved his pour over. They've made the most spectacular sitting area around the bar, plenty of places spread throughout, featuring a super cool glass fireplace. They even have a playground just outside (40ft away), with a camera/tv setup to watch your kids

I'm a sucker for natural light, open space, and really good coffee. This place has it all. AND CREPES. 😍

Best cortado in town. Hands down! No competition. Super friendly staff and fun atmosphere. The indoor and outdoor playgrounds put this coffee shop over the top!

Joy House has some very delicious coffee and crepes! I have not been disappointed with any choice of coffee or crepe I have had. The atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing. If you want a good place to study or get coffee with a friend, I highly recommend coming here!

Fancy drinks even for Vegans! My pour over was so good. We didn't get the food, but it looked great. Outside playground for all and inside playground for 6 and under. Forget corporate coffee, come here. The staff was friendly and efficient, and they even brought our drinks to our outdoor table.

I'd recommend the Oat Milk Latte with their homemade Maple Syrup!

I am obsessed with this coffee!! Everything I’ve tried so far, I’ve loved! Also the environment is so relaxing and beautiful to sit in while you enjoy your coffee. Also... if you haven’t tried their crepes, YOU NEED TO! I have had 3 in the last week alone. 10/10 for everything this place has to offer. My new go-to for coffee dates and caffeine cravings!

A clean, open, and welcoming environment with oodles of hand crafted beverages and delicious treats to choose from. The employees are kind, helpful, and make your drinks and foods with care. Plus, proceeds are going to missions around the world! Joyhouse's name is true to itself, if you need some coffee and joy this is the place to go!

Since opening, Joyhouse has easily become my new hangout spot in Bismarck. Absolutely amazing coffee. Environment and atmosphere are huge for me, and Joyhouse did an incredible job putting together a bright, open, and welcoming space. If you're looking for quality coffee in Bismarck, this is it.

Amazing coffee, great people, lovely atmosphere! Also a great place to go with kids because of the playground. You can actually have a conversation with small children along :)

This coffee shop has high quality coffee, a great atmosphere with a ton of space, a fun outdoor and indoor playground, and incredibly friendly baristas! I brought my family of 6 this last weekend and we all found something we loved!

Oatmilk latte and nutty berry crepe were EXCELLENT. I wish they had a location in my town. I loved the atmosphere. High ceilings and lots of natural light.
