Pets R' Inn

We just bought our third bulldog from pets r inn. They are great dogs and Pets R Inn has a great team at both locations Grand forks and Fargo. No complaints really about Pets R Inn I just wish when they post pictures of the animals on their web page that they try to get a better one or at least more than one like do a little collage so you can see full views of what the dog looks like. These are the precious babies we got from them.

Puchased my furbaby, 15 yrs ago. She has been the best friend anyone could have, sweet quiet and very loving but most of all healthy.she was cavalier king spaniel x bichon. Highly recommend

Got my Great Pyrenees puppy from here 2 weeks ago. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. It's always such a circus in there but Tess really took the time with me and answered any question I had.

Pets R' Inn is one of the few pet stores in the Grand Forks Area and is the only store where you can buy dogs and cats. They also have a large variety of fish, reptiles, and small animals available. Every time I have been to the store I have always had an amazing experience. If they don't have a specific animal or supply available the owners do a great job at trying to purchase what i'm looking for. In my opinion, they have the best fish available in Grand Forks and while the location is small, there is a great amount of care that goes into taking care of their animals. I will gladly support this locally owned business' instead of going to a retail chain pet store!

Was nice had to convince the Lady friend to leave without purchasing a new puppy. Definitely had some beautiful puppies.

I had a great experience buying a puppy here. The staff were very knowledgable and helped me pick out a great little dog. He came from a family home and is healthy and happy. The puppy kits come with what you need to get started. I'd definitely recommend.

This is a great spot to get good quality fish. If they don't have it in stock they'll order it in for you. I've had much better luck here vs the big box stores in town. While infection from any store is possible, I've had no issues buying here. The tanks are clean and the fish look great. The prices are a bit higher but the small extra cost is worth it for the better quality fish/shrimp.

I have purchased two Persians from here, they both are very healthy and active. The staff was very friendly with us on both transactions. Diffently will be going back.

The fish here are great! They have a lot of unique species at reasonable prices. Also, one of our two pups was from Pets R' Inn. He is my best bud. The staff is very knowledgeable and honest about what you are getting into with any given animal. That said, if you show genuine interest they are great about getting you the info and supplies you need to be successful. Some pet stores have a tendency to overwhelm or intimidate, but I have not experienced that here. My main criticism would be the prices of some supplies, but that comes with it not being a large chain store...they make up for it with an impressive selection and unique finds. Lastly, it gets very busy on the weekends with people checking out the puppies, so if you have questions weeknights are strongly suggested.

I have yet to have one bad interaction here. The staff are the best. When I found my pup here they answered all questions I had, and there were allot, and then recommended some items for purchase. Everything was perfect and I am so happy with my Lhasapoo that I cannot begin to thank them enough. Midnight has been with me for a short time, but I already know that she is an amazing fit for me and I am so happy that I checked their website and stopped by. I recommend this place to everybody that asks where I got her.

Always a good selection of puppies. They have salt water fish as well as freshwater. Lots of little critters. Staff is always friendly. Helps you ensure you are a good fit for the pet you are considering. Faye is top notch!

A lot of people complain about this place. From what I can see a lot of people just had the wrong situation and now are taking their anger out on other people. About 7 years ago we bought a cat from here she’s very healthy and all. She may be a little bitty at times. It’s not her fault just her personality. She has had no health problems and has lived longer then the normal outside cat life expectancy. She has lived 7 years which is a pretty long time. We haven’t bought dogs here but we are planning to. I’m disappointed with all the negative ratings as some only say ‘rude staff.’ And not a lot more. Then someone talked about their dog that was sick and some talked about how they mixed up their breed. And then one talked about how they were selling puppies that were 4 weeks old? Have you seen how big they are. I’ve been at that store several times. The last puppy I saw was huge. Then they had the smaller dog breeds and they were the appropriate size. Also a vet remembering a puppy and saying they were sure they wouldn’t make it? Okay that’s some stuff there definitely ‘real’ I mean the rest of it is sorta believable but I seriously wouldn’t remember a puppy after seeing it once! I mean I guess it’s possible? I guess it fits with the you remember someone’s face type of thing? I’m not trying to be rude I’m just stating the fact that this is a PET STORE not a company that breeds and then sells the puppies. They buy puppies from people. Sometimes these people could be lying. Because it’s simple for someone to just say ‘yeah they’re healthy.’ Do a quick vet check and then just sell them to a pet store that doesn’t even know! And people keep on complaining? It’s something humans are good at. Deceiving, lying and complaining. Yeah not everyone is good to animals but because they say they are ‘healthy’ or that ‘breed’ means nothing besides the fact that someone that sells those puppies are lying. Those people have to try not to seem suspicious to get their money from the pet stores and then the pet stores sell them at a FAIR price. From what I can see they charge at the lowest price possible that those puppies go for. But just remember just because a store sells food doesnt mean it’s high quality. Because people can always just say ‘it is.’

I purchased my registered male mini doxie, and female mini doxie from their store, and they have been wonderful, healthy dogs. The store has also bought a litter of puppies from us, and were very fair!

It was awesome. Emily really helped me in my decision making process in regards to if I want to get a gecko or a pacman frog. You see, my wild caught frog passed away. It truly was tragic and devastating. Since we have already invested into the amphibian acreage, it only makes since to purchase another critter. JEROME, the frog, passed into the spirit frog world about two weeks ago. I miss him. He was awesome. Anyway, I have decided on a gecko instead of a frog. More active, and less maintenance. I really appreciated Emily's knowledge and willingness to help me through this process. I highly recommend Pets R' Inn and hope you have a wonderful day.

While shopping for grass balls for my bunnies the gal asked me about mine. She is also a "bunny mom". It was nice of her to share about hers. Very pleasant visit. Thank you!

Very nice ladies. There was one lady who let you hold more than one puppy at a time. There was one lady who said you could only hold one puppy per group. Cute windows on the outside so you could see kittens, rabbits, and sleeping pups! Overall very nice.

The owners are committed to providing wonderful pets appropriate to the customer. They're knowledgeable and caring about their animals.

They had a ferret today and fish and rodents and 4 birds. My kids wouldn't let me buy them cookies near the front counter.

They have a wonderful variety of items and fish! I go there for the fish. They have everything I need. Jacob, the fish guy, is the best🌟
