AT&T Store

I had a great experience at the location I was helped at. I will always choose the non corporate locations because my experience is always more positive. Staff were very friendly and helpful and remained professional the entire time even when dealing with my occasional attitude due to being frustrated. I was helped as soon as I walked in and the representative went above and beyond to assist me with my needs.

Amazing service the employees there have amazing attitude and are super helpful there hours are incorrect on google the correct hours are 10-8 Monday-friday and 10-7 Saturday also 12-5 on Sunday. They are very helpful in solving problems with any device. Always have a smile on their faces. Also super helpful with DirecTV and is a go to place for any and all of your entertainment needs A+ for this store and it's wonderful employees.

I had about an hour wait to be seen. But after that, Austin resolved my issue quickly, professionally, and knowledgeably. I had to get a new phone to resolve my issue (at&t no longer supported my older model by designed obsolescence), he helped me select the model I wanted but it wasn't in stock there. He then determined that they had one at the south store and had them hold it and ensured I wouldn't need to wait again when arriving at the south location to purchase it. Austin knows what he's doing and he does it well.

Someone give Landon a raise, the man is a life saver. I travel and have to switch sims is nerve-racking cause i might loose my SIM card, switched it to esim, now i don't gotta worry about losing anything. In and out 10 min tops.

Just arrived to ND and needed to activate my phone. The service was quick and painless. The rep had me up and running in 15 min. and her customer service was awesome, something you don't see too often where I came from. Kudos to AT&T... .

The sales rep I worked with was AWESOME! I came in for a new phone and was worried about getting my content transfer to my phone not being able to turn on. She got my coney over coney over the new phone and my stay was enjoyable due to her personality and humor.

OMG, he got a monogram name. I didn’t even realize lol. Austin was very helpful even though i pre-warned him I was just there for information. He was easy to talk to. A funny guy and answers all of my questions thoroughly… that’s always a plus in my book. I appreciate his awesome service

Store opens at 10AM. Sundays at 12pm. Google does NOT have correct hours. Great service, I will be telling all my family about this new location. I'm glad they helped me when Kendra from the store by target who sold me a $100 plan that is costing me $197 per month. Both stores are good, I would not work with Kendra again (at the other store) as she sneakily adds charges to your bill. I had my best experience here and Peter got me an AppleTV for free. I will be telling my friends to come here if they actually want good service.

I have been working with the South location since Oct 2020. Have continued to have issues. Today I came to the North location. They fixed my cellular data issue AND fixed a different problem Apple worked on for TWO HOURS and didn’t fix it. Come here for any issues you may have. Mike and Price are da bomb!!!

Stopped in to get some phone questions answered. We were helped immediately. Service was friendly and knowledgeable. Great service!

The young that helped me out understood my phone problems right away. She told my tge problem emwas quite common with Galaxy 5s. I thanked her for her help many times.

AT&T staff was very helpful, about, which service, and offers are available, not only at this location, but other AT&T locations as well, all providing excellent service.

Very helpful place. After calling and no help as well as a different att store that was no help. They took no time updating my IMEI # on my new phone to get everything working right.

Dre was incredibly helpful and is a huge asset to the team! The manager Jordan is a reason to stop by. Knows their stuff.
