Got a new license plate, tried to add it to my permit. Got a ticket the next day and called to ask about it. Got told they could SEE that I tried, and their system must have been down. They wouldn't forgive it, and I still am expected to pay the fine. "Thanks" for treating me so fair when you could even see I tried to do the right thing the right way...real professional, real "Leader in Action".

Worst services ever way over priced tickets if you try appealing they take the full 2 weeks to respond back now it's too late to do anything about. They have some tall lanky brown hair employee threatening to boot my kids car when theres nothing in her file saying to do so what a joke. I hope your company is real proud of themselves. These are children trying to do better for themselves and go to school unlike you guys.

UND parking is insane. They raised the prices of parking permits, and give a $40 first offense ticket if you park in a maintenance spot. (Even if the sign wasn't up yet because it was a new lot. And they deny all appeals despite not having evidence for the ticket)
