I usually order online at Ulta, but when I received a foundation that was much darker than I anticipated, Sheri made the exchange in store super easy. When I entered the store, she greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance. I explained my situation and she happily led me to the foundation to try another shade (just the right one!) on my face. She was friendly, personable, and helpful. From this experience alone, I would return to this location if needing something in store.

Always great customer service. Was there to do a return for concealer that wasn't a good match. Was able to get a better match and do an exchange with no hassle.

Had the best experience at the salon with the salon manager Katie doing my haircut and color! She listened, gave suggestions, was excited about my cut/color, and you could tell she was very passionate about her job. I will definitely be back with her!

Cynthia H. From Clinique was so helpful. When I entered to the store looking for foundations, the only person who approached me to help to find the right product for me was her. They had more associates in the stores, but none of them even acknowledge me. Besides, I have really sensitive skin, and Cynthia took time away from her brand to help me, since I am allergic to Clinique products. I hope you can hire more associates like Cynthia!

I used to have little to no desire to go to Ulta. The staff would never acknowledge me and it was always a very cold experience. Today, I went in for a haircut and was blown away by the change in atmosphere. I was greeted the second I walked in the door by the general manager. She asked me if I had any questions and let me know her staff was there to help. I browsed a little bit before my appointment and was greeted again by another employee to ask if I had been helped or if I had any questions. She let the salon manager, Katie, know I was there for my appointment. Katie was my stylist and I can say, without doubt, that I will be returning because of her. She was pleasant, knew what she was doing, great to talk to, and made sure she did my hair the way I wanted it done. She also helped me find product for my curly hair by asking one of the employees with curly hair which products they preferred. She really took her time to make sure I was taken care of. During our talk, I mentioned I wanted to have a chick flick movie night and do some self pampering. She surprised me with a little goody bag for my night. Katie is amazing and I will be returning to her and Ulta in the future. Thank you for changing my mind about your store, Katie.

Attending wedding in Madison with my wife who discovered 1 hr before ceremony we forgot her makeup bag at home. Walked in store and explained to Lisa (white coat) the situation and need for help. 5-stars for the professional care and understanding. Very pleased!

Tracey helped me pick out a shade of lipgloss. She understood what was flattering on me. She is so helpful and so pretty.

I had a wonderful experience with my recent appointment. The thing that struck me was that there was a wide variety of ages, ethnicities, and skin types. As someone who is not 25 anymore, this was most welcome. I felt immediately comfortable. The staff there were professional, thorough, and explained and answered all of my questions. I learned things that I had never known and now feel better equipped to manage my skin care and makeup. It is truly a wonderful store!

I went to Ulta Beauty for the very first time today.(7/25/20) As a newbie in the world of makeup, I was really nervous. But the staff was soooo friendly and helpful. She helped me find the right products. Hope they get the 'ordinary' serums sooner. All the best and thank you.

Today I went with my wife to this location because she needed a few things and the lady who helped her was fanominal! Her name was Sarah and she was energetic, informative, and extremely helpful. One of the best customer interactions I've ever witnessed. Huge thanks to her and I would highly recommend this store to anyone who needs cosmetics!

Great experience if they have items you're looking for. I was in here with a friend who was shopping so I wasn't interested in buying anything, but the service was great. She was looking for help with finding a product but ended up getting free foundation matching and a mini makeover. The prices made my jaw drop but apparently that's just how makeup is.

Came in here for a deep conditioning scalp treatment and I am not disappointed. I have eczema/dry scalp and my hair was stressed out. Katie is amazing and is very knowledgeable with scalp care and anything hair related. Shes awesome and highly recommend seeing her and her staff.

Staff are very sweet and knowledgeable! They seem to love what they’re doing in general and it’s nice to see store is kept neat and they seem to stay up to date on trends and new products :)

I never learned how to do makeup but really wanted to give it a try. Ross was incredible to work with! He picked out products for me based on my skin needs, put it on, explained what he was doing each step of the way and even wrote it out for me so I could replicate it when I got home. I have gotten many positive comments when I do the makeup myself. I guess you are never too old to learn. Thank you Ross!
