Calvert's Express Auto Service & Tire Wornall

It's been a decade since I last visited Calverts, but they've been quite helpful just the same. I really do like to thank them again for being able to schedule an appointment for state inspection yesterday.

The service was great They kept me informed throughout the process

They got me right in, diagnosed the problem quickly, and got me out within an hour at a reasonable price. Much appreciated!

Customer service was great. I called ahead just to check and see if oil changes was available that day and was told "Yes, just come on in and will get you done as fast as we can". I was only there for 15 or 20 minutes the most. Was informed of a few more things going on with my car and told and prices to get them fixed. I highly recommend.

Amazing staff. Amazing customer service. The team here are great and knowledgeable. They work fast. I dropped my vehicle off Thursday night before close, and it was ready for pick up Friday morning with a reasonable diagnosis and price. Will go here for any car repairs in the future and will recommend! Thanks guys!

This is my first visit. I was drawn here after recently doing business with Rick. I'm honestly amazed by his integrity. He sells you square. There are no angles! He's fair in business. You won't be paying for a service that is not necessary! It's rare you find honesty anymore! So dealing with Rick has been a breath of fresh air! Especially from the standpoint that I'm a woman! Often I have walked into an establishment, knowing more about my vehicle than many, and have been handed a rash of nonsense. Doing business with Rick has restored my faith that there still are good people!!!

Amazing and honest service! Never trying to up charge or provide a bunch of non sense need for repairs that are not needed. A list of repairs was provided, they match exactly what the dealership had suggested. Honesty goes a long way, I have been a customer for years and will continue to be.

My car stalled out and it's been hot. It was hard to get anyone to see my car on short notice but when I called Calvert's and they had me bring the car in right away to make it was safe to drive till fixed. Scheduled to bring it in the next week, dropped it off in the morning and picked up the next day. Everything was communicated very clearly by Geoff who helped me. He was attentive to informing me of what worked needed to be done and the car was finished early the next day. I felt very safe and confident in the work that Geoff explained to me had been done. So yeah, don't be scared off by the negative reviews. Car repair is never fun.

I was desperate when I found Calvert’s. I’d had a blowout and was rolling on my rim. All the places I had known about were closed or couldn’t get a tire same day. The team at Calvert’s couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. They ordered a tire for me, put my donut on so I could get around, got the new tire mounted and had me back on the road safely. This is one of the best experiences I’ve had with any auto shop in a long time. They have all my business now. Thanks a million guys!

Rick of Calvert's Express on Wornall, Fixed my 1995 Dodge Van's head gaskets, when other Mechanic's in Kansas City, said they couldn't, or it's not worth it. Rick went above and beyond to fix our van. The price was very reasonable for all the work he done. I would recommend Calvert's Mechanic's to fix your car. Thanks

I have a 30 year old Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd. 5.2 l v8. Rick is my go-to guy. He knows my car 🚙 and does great 👍 work for a reasonable price. I recommend him and Calvert’s Express.

We took our truck the to have the breaks replaced. We left it there and we were told it would be a few hours. I honestly expected it to be far longer than that, judging from the amount of customers they had waiting for them to open. Before we even made it home, they called with what was needed and a quote. The quote was less than we expected and withing 2 hours the repairs were completed and we were back on the road. Zero complications and the work was flawless. Now I know why so many people were waiting at open. This place is phenomenal. Other shops should model themselves after these guys.

Professional. Honest and direct without the BS upsell. Fair pricing and help people first and their pockets last. I cannot put into words how appreciative I am of their work, which they warranty in most services for extended periods, and their care. True customer service without snake oil sales tactics. I will never go anywhere else ever again so long as in the remote area and able to drive it in. They get busy quick and book up their workload for the day early. A convenience to some, but a solid tell-tale sign to me that they are in demand as a location and business. Thank you. Calipers, rotors, pads, and many extras at no cost they didn't mention but I saw. Thank you so much...

Calvert's Express serviced my car and I was pleased with how friendly and helpful the receptionist was. The service was detailed and prompt; in fact I picked my car up earlier than expected. I will definitely use Calvert's Express again.
