These guys are great. I bought an older LS400 and i instantly had to get the timing belt service done as it hadn't been done in over 100k miles. They did a general inspection and were honest with me. I used to work on all of my own cars, but with getting a job and working loads of overtime, I needed a shop that would work on my vehicle like I would. I referred my good friend that just got an 06 LX460 to this shop and he had equally great results.

I took my car in again for suspension/brake service last week as I was going on vacation. After i picked up the car, I noticed that the car veers to the right a bit on the highway when I let go of the steering wheel. I called them the next day, and exact performance is going above and beyond to make the issue right this Friday.

Dillon is great to work with and answers all of my questions. He's an honest guy that listens to your concerns. They won't try to rip you off like a certain Lexus dealer in the area.

They've been in business for multiple decades, so you know they're doing something right. Don't hesitate to bring your older Lexus here.

Ben Bennett owns Exact Performance. Ben was the original service manager at Superior Lexus in KC in 1989. I've used this garage shop (Exact Auto) since 1995. In my opinion, there's no better local option. The pricing is competitive and these guys won't sell you something thats not absolutely necessary to maintain a roadworthy vehicle.

They quoted me apples to apples with O'Neill and took the time to make sure it was the correct diagnosis on my '07 Civic. I plan on taking my vehicle here in the future for my recommended maintenance. Definitely honest and fair at this shop. They've earned a customer for life.

This shop has ALWAYS taken care of me. There’s never any surprise pricing, the work is always done in a timely manner, I’ve never had to take it back after repair for them to “fix” the repair and Dillon is always helpful and friendly. They stand by their work & I refer them to anyone I feel needs a great spot!
