i was very nervous going in because of the reviews. but the woman i had as my driving instructor was so patient and calm she helped me lose my nerves before we started the test. It was an amazing experience and if i had to do it again i would want to do it with her. thank you for a pleasant experience:)

I got my license in just 4 days from learner permission to final licence. The staff is very understanding and welcoming. I was nervous after reading all the reviews. I don't remember the name as I am bad at remembering the name but the lady at window 5, guy at window 4 / 8 and the main person. Including the final guy who printed my licence, they are all awesome. Thank you all for a memorable experience getting my first license.

We had a great experience for my daughter's driver's test. The first lady we met, at the front desk, was helpful and wished my daughter good luck with a friendly smile. The examiner, Notlef, actually was able to make my daughter smile and relax before the exam, at a time when she was extremely stressed. We knew she was ready to test and pass, but with the level of nerves she was feeling we were little concerned. He was able to help calm her a bit with his jovial and friendly demeanor, allowing her to focus and do wonderfully. It was as though Notlef remembered how nervewracking the test can be and exactly how to help! Thank you to everyone we interacted with for your help and kindness!

I came here for my drivers exam and all the employees we interacted with were very nice. The woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful and both examiners I had were very calm and nice. The man I had for my second exam was even reminding testers to take a deep breath and relax. I would highly recommend coming here for your drivers exam

I stopped in to renew my driver's license on a Thursday morning about 11AM and to take my DL picture. I was in and out under 10 minutes! The women who waited on me was very pleasant and efficient. I know the DMV gets a bad rap, but my experience at the location was very positive!

Rescheduled my driving skills test here and had to drive almost 50miles. Nevertheless, i passed my exam. Sharon is simply the best. Very pleasant and professional.

Seriously! Thursday at 10:45 am. No line, no waiting. I got a renewed license and a real id so fast I couldn't believe it. I checked it at the front desk, got my number and a form to complete. As soon as I sat down, I was called to the window. While my identifications were reviewed, I filled the form. Within minutes I was handed a camera card and told to sit again. As soon as I sat, I was called to get my picture taken. Boom - done in less than 10 minutes. It was like the Twilight Zone - in an alternate universe. If it had been during the holidays, I would have offered them a tip.

I took my drivers test yesterday and I passed! The woman who gave me my test made the experience stress free and made me feel comfortable. All of the people who work there were very nice and supportive and congratulated me on my accomplishment! I highly recommend taking your test at the Beaver DMV!

The evaluator was prompt and pleasant, and he put my son at ease. He was clear with his instructions and fair with his evaluation. What was really nice was when Steven congratulated my son while taking his picture. The whole process took less than 30 minutes, and all employees were professional and pleasant. I would highly suggest bringing your son/daughter to this location, as long as he/she is prepared.

I went yesterday to get my license renewed. 1530 on a Wednesday and the center had one person in front of me. The lady who opened the door was very nice and the fellow who took care of me was great. He made a mistake and had to start over again but that happens. He was polite and professional and explained what happened and why he started new. Very good interaction and will head there again next time.

Went in to just get my picture for the renewal of my license. The person at the front desk was a great help and got my number for me when I told her what I was there for. In and out with new license in less than 15 minutes.

Came to get an extension on my kid's learner's permit. They were very nice, and helpful. It was late morning on a Friday, and there was only one ahead of us, so things went quickly.

The social distancing measures and masking enforcement were still in place. No one seemed to be slacking. I could see where it would be unpleasant at busy times, for everyone. I was glad to see that, at least while we were there, the effort was being made.

On Oct 15, 2020 I took my son to take his drivers test. We had a very good experience...from the very nice lady that worked at the front counter to the test instructor, Bob. Bob was very nice, had a conversation with my son and told him to relax. I highly recommend this location!

Clean facility, well lighted and AC is good. Lady at the front desk, the gentleman at the booth, even the guard are all friendly and gracious! I got my driver's license card (renewal) and my mother's PA ID taken care of in an hour! Thank you! 😃

I was dreading going to the dmv to put my new dot medical card on file when I got there I was blessed to be helped by a guy name Turner he was so knowledgeable pleasant to talk to it was the best dmv experience in 30 years thank you Turner and Bob

This review is specifically for Lisa, who was the test administrator for my son's driving test today. She built a rapport with my son prior to the test and put him at ease. I can't say the same for other testers but I think they all should take a note from how she conducts the testing. In general, there needs to be consistency in the testing. I hope I got her name right, ti was either Lisa or Laura. Either way, she rocks!

I have been there for my driving test. The center wasn't crowded and the instructor was pleasing and helpful. Overall the test wasn't hard, I will elaborate the route, drive in the parking lot go behind the center where parallel parking is tested, come out of that zone, take right in the stop sign, yield and turn right in the main road cross the signal, take a right and go in the residential area first right again that's a dead end take the round about come back to the main road yield and turn left driving back to the center. Hope this helps someone.

The people in the counter were helpful and were patient. Overall a very good experience.

The man who helped me was very helpful & was able to tell me exactly what I had to do to reinstate my license. The woman who took my picture was friendly & took around 5 photos so I could pick which one I liked best. The staff that's employed there are helpful & friendly which made for a great experience!
