Outback Steakhouse

I had prime rib, loaded baked potato and asparagus. The steak was cooked to perfection and very tasty. The asparagus was tender and seasoned well. The char on the steak was spectacular!!! Hot bread with butter was great!!! Our waiter TY was very watchful of our table and kept our drinks and bread coming. He was very attentive of our table and very polite!!!

We had such a wonderful date night for our anniversary at this location. Fred was our server and was absolutely amazing. He was so attentive and sweet. His presence alone made it worth going out and leaving our toddler and newborn for a couple hours. He even brought us ice cream for our anniversary and made sure we felt special. What a gem of a person. Not to mention the food was amazing. I could eat those brussel sprouts all day. Someone cooking our food in the back also brought us an extra lobster Mac because he felt like the first one he brought didn’t look as it should. This was so sweet and we had lots of yummy leftovers to take home. Will definitely be coming back!

Easy to find, seated immediately, great menu selections, clean bathrooms. Food was hot, delicious and as ordered. Out of prime rib on a Tuesday night was disappointing. Service was very good by all the staff. Had to wait too long for our ticket due to other chatty customers with our waitress, but all in all great experience and tummy was satisfied.

Everything was great except the steak was not well done.. The waitress didn't bring out the bread until we asked for it and when we finished it we had to ask for it again.... didn't pick up our empty plates until she seen that we weren't leaving yet... so basically sat there drinking our drinks with all the done dishes drinks and out to go bag. Other then that loved the food and drinks..

We went during a cold day at lunch so it was pretty slow. The staff was still really attentive and the food was great. All in all a good time.

Server we had was Fred. He was absolutely above the standard. Our child was having a rough time in there and he made sure to assure both of us that we were okay with him there. We were celebrating mothers day and our anniversary today! Best serving we have had!

Stopped here for dinner since we’ve been on the road and it was the best choice ever!! Adding to the fat that is my first time at Outback Steakhouse.

This place really understands service and attention to the customer! Too often there are no smiles, no "thank yous", can't get your server's attention or when you do they offer excuse about how busy they are or how they are not your server. But at this O.S. it was a truly team approach with mutliple interactions of various individuals paying attention to our dining experience. Really a pleasant change from most places these days and this was on a busy Saturday night! Honestly, not one weak link in the employees serving us. A special shout-out to Nadi because her smile, personal attention, and patience really took this to another level. Whoever is the manager must be doing something right!

Our server was awesome! She was very attentive and got everything perfect! They did a great job cooking our steaks to perfection. The fresh vegetables and side salad were delicious.

As a lot of these are closing here in the KC area. This one is a shining star. Very pleasant atmosphere the service was outstanding and the food was good as ever. We have made the drive over from Raytown several times and it is well worth it.

I went with my dear friends. One of my friends and I share the same birthday 4/24.We celebrated our birthday today. Shekinah was a great server. She was very nice and very helpful. I appreciate her.We had a wonderful time.

Valentine's dinner was better than expected!
Stephen was an awesome server, he stopped by several times to make sure the food was to our liking, and made sure our drinks were full. I spoke to the manager about how good they were cleaning the tables with sanitizer between customers. We had call ahead seating, only waited a few minutes on a busy Saturday evening.

All of the food was prepared exactly as it should have been, I have no doubt. I happened to choose an entree that wasn't my favorite and not really how I imagined. I don’t blame the one bad meal on the staff at all, just the available meat for the dish I picked. But everything else was very yummy. Jenna helped us out when I told her the meal I had wasn’t what it looked like and didn’t taste great. She made everything right when my date night could have gone wrong which was so kind. And Pinky offered excellent and attentive service. Great experience overall and I would happily go back for the wings and sirloins.

Madison was our server tonight. She was very polite and attentive. I had the sirloin and grilled shrimp with the mashed potatoes and broccoli. Very nice.
My Wife had the ribeye with shrimp and mixed vegetables and a dinner salad.

We have to wait, we had reservation but still have to wait, but totally understand that they are short staffed. Food was great like always and our server was a delight. Thank you

Perfect. I had the sirloin center cut steak with potatoes and vegetables with the new hard blueberry lavender lemonade. Seasoned just right the steak was seared on the outside and juicy on the inside. My mother had the steak filet mignon with sweet potatoes and asparagus along with the boozy cherry limeade without the booze. Couldn't have been any better. It may be my new favorite restaurant. Can't wait to come back.

The place was full, and still, the service was amazing. And the Steak and Lobster dinner special was perfect. The servers are friendly and fast. We will go back..

One of the few Outbacks left in KC or the Country as well..

Food was very good, they lacked enough servers as they got swamped at the start of opening and ran out of Koalas for the drink I had...but.. made it right...Check them out...the free bread is sooo good
