5th Street (Playground) Park

I love this playground! All ages (toddler+) and tons of activities. Realistically it also has a variety of equipment that works many different muscle groups! Clean and well maintained. A decent number of benches and picnic benches. During the summer there is bathroom access.

One of the best parks ever! Clean, huge and a whole different play areas for everyone! (Toddlers, teens, special needs and even adults.) I will continue to come here with my children!

This is an absolutely amazing Park. The play structures are fairly safe and very unique, and there are a lot of them, keeping the kids interested for hours. The only con I could see is that my kids were weirded out that there aren't doors on the bathroom stalls. And I would love to see soap in the bathrooms. But there are multiple climbing structures for big kids, with slides, and a much cooler (and safer) version of a Merry-go-round: it's 3d with nets. Multiple play structures, climbing structures, spinners and slides for little kids as well. There are swings for babies, and a really long, fun gliding play structure with two lanes- one of them is a chair that I'm assuming is disabled accessible, the other is the rope swing with a disk at the bottom that can be sat on or stood on. The play structures are set back from the road enough that I wasn't concerned about my toddlers getting to it before I could see it catch them. Although you can't see the play structures from the bathroom entrance. And, at least in October, there is no water in the trough/stream to worry about.

Very nice equipment, & Alot of fun stuff for all ages! Also very clean.

This is a great playground, my 4.5 yr old daughter loves this playground. There are plenty of areas that she can play on with ease and a few that are challenging but she enjoys. We are new to the area and this was a great place for my little one to release some energy while we searched for our new home. The only draw back, wish there was a bit more shade be cause the slides get hot in the summer sun.

Very nice park . No trash at all and the park staff are round the clock picking up the trash bins. The playground is really nice as well! I have seen many kids playing there. We do BBQ there for our team gatherings and it's always a nice time.

Many fun things for kids to do and seats for the parents if they don’t want to play as well. Best park in junction city for sure. Plenty of parking near the east side between the park and the pool. Free entry. Bathrooms present near parking.

Our kids love this park...or as they call it the "ninja park..." My 6 year old and 3 year old have no issues navigating themselves around any of the playground equipment.

However, the new edition for the kiddie playground equipment is almost complete...for those that are wanting less demanding / challenging play for their toddlers.

Brand new playground equipment put in this year has upgraded this park to a new level of fun for a lot of kids. While the park has the same amenities it had before (public restrooms, covered area for parties) the playground is ALL new and is really the star. My grandkids LOVE this park and beg to go here!

Playground was awesome! My kids loved it. They had a little bit of everything. Slides, swings, things to climb.

This place was so cool! My little ones had a blast and my older kids had plenty of things to keep them occupied as well! The zip lines were the cherry on top!

Granddaughter had a blast. She thought she was ready for the big slide. She sadly wasn't but I was laughing way to hard at her reaction. We went back to the swings and she was happy again.

The equipment the park offers for working out is great. There's an overhead bar, sit up bench, and leaning plank bars to name a few. It's my resting area to work on my core before continuing with my walk or run. I'd recommend anyone to try them out.

This is a terrific playground for kids of all ages. My 9, 6 and almost 2 year old can keep themselves busy for hours. Great to see all of the positive things happening in Junction City!

Great place to take your kids of all ages! They have shading too for hot days as well as a picnic shelter.

It was great!!! There was a wide variety of things for all ages to do.. my son is 2yr old and he was able to play on alot of the equipment!!! We stayed for 2hrs and he still didn't want to leave.

The fifth street park has been renovated and its awesome. I've only been there only once since the renewal,however to my amazement I t captured my eyes.Never experienced a park like this,you have to experience it for yourselves, please come visit this park along with your family and you will know what I m talking about.
