James and team went above and beyond during my used truck purchase! They even delayed delivery to ensure that necessary repairs could be completed that we're not evident to me during my test drive. Many dealers would push the vehicle out the door as-is, but they were honest and went beyond requirements knowing that their reputation is on the line. I totally recommend them!!

My truck has been there twice since summer for some service / warranty work. There was some confusion due to staff change and floating paperwork; it happens. I think I have spoken to every service team member at this point. Each employee has gone out of their way to keep me informed and address my concerns regardless of them not being my assigned point of contact. If they don’t have an answer they will walk straight into the garage or even call someone at home to get the answer…. Oops! Sorry guys!

I brought some questions and concerns to the service manager Aaron that could have been easily dismissed and referred back to the technician. Instead, he took an hour out of his day to answer my questions and get a full understanding of the trucks symptoms. He is very knowledgeable on any known issues or recalls and possibilities beyond the basic diagnostics.

This is hands down the best service I have ever had from a dealership. Things don’t always go perfectly smooth, but I am very appreciative on how things are being handled and how helpful everyone at the dealership is. They’ve made a great experience out of something that could have easily become a cliche Dealership horror story.

I decided to sell my beloved Mustang. I contacted Cedar City Ford. I would like to thank Brody, Kache, and Shae. HUGE S/O to the Service Dept - we were planning on leaving Cedar City after Thanksgiving dinner, our trans was leaking fluid. After limping it around Cedar City to Jiffy Lube (no help whatsoever) I gave Cedar City Ford a call and Braxton picked up. He was very empathetic and professional, he unfortunately told me that he had all techs busy with pretty intensive jobs for the remainder of the day but told me to bring it over anyway so he could check how safe our Lincoln would be to drive back up to Salt Lake City.
When I arrived, Braxton took my keys right away and within a few minutes came back to tell me what his techs had seen with our transmission leak. He, and his dispatcher (a very nice woman), said they'd move one of their techs off to get it addressed so my family and I could continue to be on our way with our travels.
Cedar City Ford, thank you SO MUCH!! You've turned a very stressful traveling situation into only a minor inconvenience now, for which my family and I are extremely grateful.

Where to begin on my incredible tale of amazing service from Cedar City Ford?

I want to shout out Don Brown for the best car sales interaction I've ever had, and I've never met them in person.
I called from Vegas asking about a Ford Maverick and they responded if they ever found one, they'd give me a call.

Don called me back two months later, just this last Wednesday, with a Maverick that fit perfectly with what I was looking for, they managed to get my loan approved for the vehicle on Friday, and they are DRIVING it to me to Vegas on Monday!

Not only that, due to the handling of the down payment funds, Don personally oversaw everything, working closely with their finance department, to insure that I could complete the down payment on the vehicle with no issues.

Talk about attention to detail and making sure I'm taken care of.

I'm already raving about the service to my family and now here on Google.

The entire team was very personal and professional. The carrier arrived in the late afternoon just as things were winding down. This didn't stop them from going above and beyond though! They knew we wanted to use it ASAP so they had it detailed while I filled out the paperwork. I drove home with it within 2 or 3 hours of the trucks arrival! This dealership went above and beyond. When my son used his life savings to purchased a used Mustang, he was very disappointed when he started getting a check engine light after just a few days. Melina and the service team went the extra mile to make sure his car was running properly, making the needed repairs and even picking up/delivering the vehicle too him in St. George.
