Kokkeler’s absolutely nailed down my custom wedding ring! I had ivory and wanted it put into a custom ring with an etched German Shorthaired Pointer and a pheasant. Jess headed the project and totally blew all my expectations. I’ve had it for a year and just recently it had come loose. I took it in expecting to pay and they made it better than before and fixed it for free!! My wife’s wedding ring was also purchased here. Nothing but great experiences with this local business! I have been taking my ring to Kokkeler’s for 2 years, and the staff are always amazing! They do a great job of inspecting and cleaning my ring every time, even though it wasn’t bought here. I’ve had many loose stones that they’ve fixed very quickly, and are always so gracious whenever I come in. I always feel confident in the quality of their work, and I won’t take my ring anywhere else!

I had an idea of what I wanted for a wedding ring for years. I looked at 6 jewelry stores. Kokkeler's is the only one that had it. They had to customize a ring set they had for me to get my dream ring. It turned out beautifully. I still love it almost 10 tears later. I have gotten all of my jewelry from them since. The customer service is wonderful. They created a custom pendent for me, it is more than I expected!

Jess and Amanda helped me design an amazing custom engagement ring. I can't even begin to recommend Kokkeler's enough! Amanda is AMAZING and truly cares about her customers! She walked me through an emotional roller coaster ride after my wedding ring was ruined by another jewlery store. I was literally so upset and didn't know what to do! Amanda walked my husband and I through our options and didn't push us one way or another at all! She was so encouraging and supportive of whatever I wanted! She really just wanted me to be happy! Carol also was so supportive and extremely knowledgeable! These women know their stuff when it comes to diamonds!

They got my ring fixed and it's positively beautiful! Their jewlers work was perfect! My ring looks like it did before and even better as their diamonds are STUNNING!

I love this place. The folks working in there are dedicated to honesty, excellent service, and excellence and quality in general. I made the mistake of first going to some of the larger retailers in Bismarck and left feeling insulted, stressed, and overwhelmed by the process of buying an engagement ring.
