Great experience working with Family Leisure. The sales rep was very helpful and informative. The crew delivering and setting up the spa did a great job and was very thorough in educating us on our new hot tub. Also, whenever we have called to get help, we always have had our questions answered very quickly. We are so thankful we chose family leisure to work with in purchasing a new hot tub!

Sales staff was great to work with and Bryan, Ron, Riley, and Damonte were fantastic with the delivery and setup...fast, friendly, and thorough...they made sure the tub was installed right where we wanted it and thoroughly explained setup. Exact kind of service/support you expect after a purchase, keep up the good work!

Jessica assisted us in an on-going year long issue we had with our hot tub. Before Jessica took over our "claim," it was a disaster. We would wait months before getting a response, for the response to just be, "keep waiting." She took over the claim and we actually got communication from them regularly instead of us begging for answers. There were several hiccups along the way and she pushed through all of them until the job was done and it was done correctly. Before her, we dealt with Jeff and he was nothing short of a nightmare. He was rude everytime, until we got his manager involved. He was unhelpful, sexist and lacked communication and any costumer service what so ever. I'm glad Jessica was there to resolve our minor hot tub issue that turned into a disaster. We are now very happy with how our hot tub runs.

We had our new Artesian Spas Oahu hot tub installed today. The installer crew could not have been more nice and careful in their work. Many thanks to Bryan, Ron, Sterling, Riley and Turner for a job well done!

Our sales person was Brett Schilly and he has been wonderful throughout the whole process. Brett showed us several different models and helped us through the decision making process to pick the one that would work best for us.

We had an Artesian Spas hot tub when we lived in Las Vegas and loved it. We obviously left it behind when we recently moved back to Kansas City. We are super excited to have a hot tub again as are our family members. Family Leisure is near our home and I'm sure we will be long time customers.

Love our pool table! It completes our finished basement, and I look forward to many years of enjoyment with it. I just wanted to drop a quick note to say that, and to recognize the two great associates that came and set it up for us. The delivery and installation was extremely professional and smooth. Austin and Matt do a great job representing the backend of the Family Leisure team which in my opinion is probably the most important part of the purchase process. The sales staff were also very easy to deal with, but these things practically sell themselves! Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for a pool table or anything else they carry!

Our crew was excellent and professional! Would give them more than 5 stars if I could. They took the time to explain everything us about our new hottub and canopy umbrella. They also gave tips to our electrician about where to drill the hole in the bottom of the tub for the wiring to go through. All of them were so nice and helpful! I feel terrible I don’t remember all of the names of my delivery guys i only know of Zachary & Demante- can’t read names on copy looks like Ryan too & one more I can’t read, but they were so fantastic. They were all equally professional, kind & hardworking. I had a particularly challenging situation with my hot tub & they had to come twice to help me & stayed late getting everything settled. I could not be more impressed. They deserve raises they were so great! Thanks so much!

The sales staff was amazing and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Being my first time in this store, I wasn't confused , and I didn't feel overwhelmed. A very fun, and calm experience looking for what we needed. Going back today to grab a couple other items!!! Love it!!!

My wife and I had visited the KC / Olathe location a few times to look at new spa / above ground pools. Had shopped around for a bout a year, still looking at both until we spontaneously just decided to pull the trigger during the last visit and go for the Artisian/Tropic Seas Rio Spa. Not the most expensive and certialy not the least and somplace in between. We are experianced tub owners and understood the qulality of the componants under the hood being as important as the health benifits the spa brings to us. The Sales Manager was very knowlagble about each model and didnt pressure us for a decision. We were looking for a budget model at first and decided that the Rio Elite model, even though a bit more expensive, would actully pay us back long term with the full insullation package and better pump system and electronics package. The spa was built to order in Las Vegas and took a short four weeks before Bryan and his team delivered. They gave us some great pre-soak instructions on operation and did a great job placing on the pad. Thank You install team !

After buying a 6 person hot tub 2 yrs ago, we had an issue with the warranty. Brian was very helpful & professional solving our issue. We have purchased 2-30 ft pools & a hot tub here. We drive over 50 miles to shop from Family Leisure because they are great to work with.

My wife and I bought a hot tub from family leisure and were very happy with the support. The options were good and the sales staff was very helpful. Delivery was excellent, and the men who brought the tub, (Bryan, Ron, and Quinton) were professional and also did a very good job of explaining things as they set up the tub. Great experience all around.
