LaMar's Donuts and Coffee

I drive 45 min and pass 12 daylight donuts, 6 crispy Kreme, and 6 Dunkins, just to get to this location for good donuts. This location has had the best donuts since the 90's when I came here with my dad as a child. Staff is super friendly too.

Absolutely amazing the young man that helped me out was incredibly attentive definitely going back one of the best ones I've been to yet.

I decided to randomly stop by when I was in the area. This isnt a place that sells gas station donuts, it was way better. Friendly service and quality donuts. Didn't know what to expect but everything was fresh with soft fluffy dough, exactly how a donut should be. Huge cinnamon roll! And absolutely delicious.

My daughter and wife both love their donuts, my personal favorite is the original and chocolate. We visit this location at least twice a month, if you aren't there by 9:30 am they will most likely be out of your favorite donuts. Great service, great taste, our favorite local donuts!!!

We can walk from our place so we have been many times. Aside from the donuts being some of the best in the city, the staff is super cool too. My child is lively to put it conservatively and they always engage with him while he makes his selection. It's not an every day event, but it's a special treat to go there. Highly recommended.

These are the best donuts ever and our all time favorite. The apple fritters are as big as a plate and filled with real chunks of apple, delicious. Lamar's Bars are gigantic donuts available in many flavors and different toppings.

Best donuts in Kansas City and if I ever left I would crave them. My cheat day starts with a GIANT apple fritter everytime. Glazed donuts and holes, Lamar's Bars (long john's) red velvet cake donuts are my favorites but I swear there are no bad choices. Get there as soon as you get up so you can get the good options. Tiny spot, glass display, nothing fancy except the donuts.

The lady who runs this place daily is amazing she is so kind and friendly she makes this place. Without her I’d probably quit going here because the rest of the employees lack customer service. Donuts are still bomb though

Fantastic donuts must stop in Kansas City my wife's favorite Islam is Ray's original maple long john my son will eat just about anything off the menu they're filled donuts are very big and you almost can't eat just one and that's about it we usually cut them in half to share everything that they have there is fantastic and definitely worth the try they have a different teas and in fresh brewed coffee and then juice for the kids there isn't any place to sit and eat so it's all carryout but very very good for for comfort food and donuts
